I subscribed to *** Today and Sports Weekly and requested the hard copy be mailed to a correctional institution. After several weeks I was informed the receiving party had never received any copy of the papers after being billed $79.94 over several months. I contacted them 5 times to request a refund and have only received $8.58.Initial Complaint

I am contacting you because I haven't received a newspaper from one of your agents/representatives here in ********, ****, The Columbus Dispatch. I have had to contact them every single day for a week straight. My subscription is from Sunday - Friday and EVERY SINGLE DAY I have to register a complaint. I even did a BBB complaint on them and they STILL won't respond. What type of company do you have representing you that they can't even offer customer service to a paying customer, Either have them send me my weekly paper or cancel my service/subscription .Initial Complaint

I called *** today@ ************ & talked to ****** to withdraw past due billing of $81.01 and was never done. I called back again on 04/01/22 and talked to Bella and still not deducted. Then I called back 3rd time on 4/07/22 and talked to ******* and still not withdrawn. So I called back today 4th time and talked to **** who did not understand about the past due payment and put me on hold for 29 minutes while waiting for a supervisor who never came on the line so I hung up. I called back the 5th time today and talked to Jemm who said they all work out of *********** and no ** workers and that she would withdraw past due payment! Terrible customer service and terrible language barrier, they don't understand!Initial Complaint

GANNETT IS OWNED AND RUN BY FIST-BOTTOM COCKSUCKERS AND C**** THEIR ******* AND A******* STINK ACROSS *******.THE CHLAMYDIA C**** WHO OPERATE THE *** KNOWN AS TIMES RECORD HERALD HAVE INSTRUCTED THEIR **** LEAKAGE ZOMBIES TO ASSAULT MY PROPERTY AND INVADE MY PRIVACY.I AM GOING TO *** THIS STANK C**** IN CIVIL COURT AND ASK FOR $1K IN DAMAGES FOR EACH VIOLATION. SO FAR I HAVE PICS OF 10 MISSILES THAT HAVE BEEN FIRED AT MY PROPERTY. THIS WILL BE GOOD INCOME AND EVEN IF I LOSE, GANNETT PROLAPSE LICKING ATTYS WILL HAVE TO EXPEND MONEY AND TIME AND ENERGY.THERE ARE 2 THINGS THAT I WILL ACCEPT FROM THESE FRUMUNDA STAIN C**** AND COCKSUCKERS:(1) A LAWYER WHO HAS SHOWERED IN THE LAST MONTH CAN LICK MY ANUS;(2) CEASE AND DESIST FROM THROWING UNSOLICITED T*** ADVERTISING AT MY HOME.I HAVE UNLIMITED TIME AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO F*** THESE STANK C**** AND A******* UP.I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO BRINING THIS ISSUE TO THE *** AND HAVING ALL MEDIA OUTLETS RUN WITH IT. Signed up for a $10 a month intro subscription. Received zero papers, it's been a week since I should have been receiving papers, nothing. Reach out to customer service, nothing changes, don't get the service I pay for. Contact customer service again to cancel and get a refund one week after my subscription started. They say I owe a balance, but I paid my ten dollars for the month. Keep getting disconnected and then they say they never actually received payment from me, even though I got my confirmation email on 02/11/2022. Unacceptable. *** Today will not remove my work email from their mailing lists. I have tried "unsubscribing" and their "chat" - nothing works. Also, I did not put my work email as a contact email as I am a public employee and could get fired for having personal emails sent to my work. I do not want to put my work email on this form as you say it can be made public. I will list it below, under desired resolution, but please block it if it is made public.Initial Complaint

My USA Today newspaper was not being delivered on time, and for the first week and a half, was not delivered at all. First, I attempted to cancel my subscription via my account access on USA Today's website. This was not an option. I waited over 20 minutes for an internet chat representative to appear, but they never did. I then called them, spoke with a woman over the phone, and she tried to sell me on staying with the paper. When I declined, she said she will put the cancelation through and send me a confirmation. I received no such confirmation. Then, I tried to change my billing information online and over the phone to no avail. I figured if I remove the credit card, they would cancel the subscription as they do not have a way to charge me. I have now emailed their feedback department, as that is the only email address I see for them. This email is attached. I have also filed a dispute of this charge with my credit card company on the grounds that the newspaper is not being delivered on time. Any and all help you can provide would be appreciated. A *** Today subsidiary - The ************************* fraudulently overcharged me for months, far beyond my subscription rate. Furthermore, they don't seem to have properly credited my account for the many missed or wet newspaper deliveries last year. Their customer service is very difficult to reach due to very limited hours and long wait times - it seems like all papers in ******* Today family share the same customer service phone platform. I'd like to get an accounting of all the delivery problems I reported in 2021 and be properly refunded for all overcharges and missed deliveries.
