I am so upset with this business. They lack empathy, they do not care about their long term customers and are horrible. I communicated with them about my return and they still charged me. When I emailed them ***** did not care about anything I had to say. It is the holidays how can the company act like that. I want a refund of my style pass and I will never do business with them again. My family and I have had COVID and have had to quarantine for several weeks as it was passed around to the family. I was unable to do a return. I contacted them and told them I was unable to do it. They said they would extend it for me as a one-time exception. I sent it back at the post office and then I heard nothing back and they charged my card. It was an unauthorized charge and they sent me no notice from the last communication. I have been a customer with ****************** for several years, I have referred a ton of friends and family. It is disappointing to see with a company tenure means nothing. I literally was homebound due to COVID and couldn't send back my returns. Where is the empathy? I truly enjoyed stitch fix but with the lack of empathy from the associate and the lies stating I never contacted her really upsets me. She didn't even research to see what went wrong. She just charged me and stopped. I would like part of my Style fix returned to me or I would like for them to make it right and process my return for items I sent back and are in the bag.
