Order Wok on February 27th. Received order number (submitted all my credit card info). My card was not charged. This is the second time in two years I have done this never received anything but had my credit card stolen for a second time. Not sure what to do about this but am very unhappy and think this is a fake website!!Business response

Thank you for your orders. We checked your order history. We see two orders in the past 5 months. We see an order from September 23, 2023 for a pre-order of our wok set SKU 12153. We are still fulfilling 2023 pre-orders. We are very short staffed. Your new order placed on Feb. 27, 2024 was to be fulfilled this week. We are not a big company and can not fulfill/ship the same or next day. When you have two orders, we would have processed your original order since it was $1 less. At this time, we can not process any of your orders since your credit card transaction declined/closed. If you want to keep your order, we can send you a secure message for your new card details or call us. We have no other reports of credit card problems from our store. Thank you.

I pre-ordered an item that would be delivered "summer or fall 2022." I have changed my mind and would like to cancel the order, but there is no way to do that on the website. I called the phone number for customer service on the website, but the message said that the voicemail had not been set up.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us. We just changed to a new phone system and have some technical problems. You can always email us from our online store. We can cancel your order as requested. No refund is necessary. Your original pending PayPal payment expired 30 days from your order date. No money changed hands until we ship your order. You can check your PayPal account to confirm.
FYI. We just received a smaller shipment of woks earlier than expected. We can ship you order now. If you want to keep your order, email us directly at ******************** and refer to your order #********* and confirm if there are any changes to your address. We will then send you a PayPal invoice.

I placed an order several months ago on June 22, 2021. The item I ordered was out of stock and on backorder with an estimated delivery date of Fall 2021. I have attempted to contact them via two different email addresses ****************************** and ****** @taylorandng.com) and by phone *************) on multiple occasions over the last month. The date of this complaint is December 14, 2021. I have not received an email response after multiple attempts. When I call the phone rings for longer than usual until there is an automated message "Memory is full. Enter the remote access code." and then the connection drops. The business has my billing/shipping address as well as billing information but has failed to deliver the product ordered. I have consistently tried to reach the business to determine when my order will arrive.
