We placed an order back in April for 3 products, 1000 of each item. We paid and waited. Street the initial contact with the invoice and confirmation of proof, we heard nothing. No answer to emails or calls. Finally we received a tracking number after over a month. Only one item shipped and was received. Again calls and emails about the other two items and no answer. Finally in the beginning of June we got another tracking number. Only recorded the second item with no explanation for the missing 1000 pieces of the 3rd item. Again several calls, only getting voice mail, emails, never getting an answer. Finally after demanding a refund, Jay told Delia in accounting to take care of it. No response or refund after that. I have called and emailed *********************** and nothing. No response so now I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company.
