I pre-ordered a dress worth $400 from this website on September 19 2021, but I haven't received it yet. The order number is *****. I did not receive any contact and notification from the seller. The first time I called the store, the seller said the dress was on its way from *****. When I called the store again in October, the store said my package was lost by **** and they were trying to get it back, which would take another 2 months. These are subjective statements of the store owner and I have no way of knowing if what they say is true. It has been over a year since I ordered the dress and I have not received anything, which is unacceptable. They have a bully clause and I can't cancel the order, I just have to wait for them to find my dress or I'll never get my money back. The payment has passed the bank's recovery period, so I can't contact the bank to find back my money. I really disappointed and can stop imagining I can't retrieve my money. This thing messed up my life, I started drinking and I was in mildly depression. All I want is my money back.
