It has been 16 days since I have posted about needing a refund for this *** Kit asset purchased from Unity Asset Store on February 11, 2023. It is in good faith that I expected the *** Kit to work as it was advertised. However, that is not the case. I have been trying to get in contact with a Customer Experience live agent instead of the ***1 bot because I needed this resolved in a timely manner. I made contact on Friday, February 24, 2023. I attempted to contact a live agent, then the live chat abruptly ends without me meeting who the live agent is or getting a chance to resolve the issue. This happened again at 7:02 AM on February 27, 2023. I am still requesting a refund because the asset was not advertised the way it was featured in the video and there was not proper/next-to-none documentation when trying to implement the asset.Review from Zoey P

HIGH CLASS FRAUD, NEEDS HIGH CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BY ALL WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. ENDLESS FREAKING HOURS OF COMMERCIALS, LOSS OF TIME. SERIOUSLY, IF YOU'RE LOGO IS ON A PRODUCT, YOU ARE JUST AS MUCH RESPONSIBLE AS "THE SO-CALLED OTHER PARTY DOING THIS. YOU THINK **** DISHSOAP WOULD PUT UP WITH MOTOR OIL IN ITS PRODUCT? NOPE! AND IF THERE IS OTHER PARTIES YOU HELPED DEVELOP THESE GAMES FOR, PERSONALLY, YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHATS GOING ON!!! AFTER ALL, IF WHAT YOU SAY IS TRUE, YOU TAKE THEIR MONEY FORYOUR SERVICES. WATCHING HOURS OF ADS IS MORE PAINFUL THAN A 2 ***** NAIL SHOVED IN YOUR SKULL. (OR A RAILROAD STAKE POUNDED THRU YOUR FOOT. WATCHING THE ***** OF THOSE ADVERTISING, MOST ARE NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH. ITS LIKE THE OLD CHINESE MOVIES, WITH REDICULOUS ENGLISH VOICE OVERS! BUT THIS IS, WORLD CLASS FRAUD. SHOULD HAVE A PLACE FOR NEGATIVE STARS. Mass deception at its f8nest, while the wealthy get richer at the expense of free slavery! And just how do you find the person responsible? Every advertisement claims they pay you right away you don't have to redeem you don't have to purchase you don't have to watch ads get you get your money right away they say directly paid to your PayPal are cash app not once have I found one of these games they claim this they tried to pay me from cash or solitary I never put my wrong email address they had it at 2 and they said that they couldn't send it now I re-entered my email now I have to wait 3 to 14 days their advertisements absolutely fraudulent and when they speak of fake apps I would say that Unity Technologies is the fakest they owe me several hundred dollars from various sites but the latest one cash or solitary they said I've already been approved I should not have to wait another ***************************************************************************** my winnings thank youReview from Joylene A

Been playing solitare Cashiering since march it now 19/5/2022 have redeem $,$500.00,$1000.00and $2000.00 which none have I got my money I have written several email and got no response. Everytime I redeem my email address is put in correctly after all I had it for over 35 years but someone is changing my account to something that is not my email.it to so PayPal knock back my payment them I put the correct address in and then I have to wait another 14 days for payment. At the moment I have ******** to redeem but what the point I put in the correct contact and that will be change to.i own a small hairdressing salon in ********* and word get around.So please can you look into this and get back to me .
