  I reached out to Ghostwriter Experts two years back (www.ghostwriterexperts.com ), aiming to write and publish a book. After an upfront payment of $12,000, they promised a comprehensive package: book writing, publication, a trailer, and 6 months of marketing. ***********************, my initial contact, even hinted at negotiations with ******* and provided a trailer preview. However, ****** soon left the company.Subsequently, I interacted with various representatives whose names I dont recall entirely. One, ***********************, mentioned trailer production plans in NY and even shared details via email. Yet, he too left shortly after. The next representative, *************************, assisted in completing the book. When questioned about the undelivered trailer and the recurring departures, he confessed that the trailer was off the table. However, he did manage to get an article about my book on LA Weekly. At this point I gave them the benefit of the doubts despite my previous experience with his predecessors but my suspicion was still there but he begged me to give them a chance.***** then requested access to my Instagram account for book promotions. After sharing a few posts and videos, he solicited additional funds. I resisted, citing unfulfilled promises and the trailer&#**;s omission. Oddly, within an hour, my account surged by ***** followers, and another ***** the subsequent day. To my dismay, they were inauthentic, easily buyable profiles which can hurt my brand as well as risk my account be suspended from Instagram.Given the nature of the engagement and my personal brand at stake, I sought verifiable information about Ghostwriter Experts to ascertain their legitimacy. My suspicions grew and I asked *********************** to provide me the address in which he is having a zoom video call with me that day. When my *************-based friend reported that the provided company address led to an empty suite I grew even more suspicious especially that he spent that whole zoom call requesting money from me. Whenever I sought clarity, an unknown individual would respond aggressively, bypassing my genuine concerns. The names of each individuals seem to me like alias names.I tightened my online security, but communication from their side went silent. Upon further research, I found others alleging scams by the company, with one author claiming they falsely listed her books.Could someone assist in identifying the real entities behind this website? My book is unpublished, its currently on hold. The company failed to address any concerns in writing and went silent.Complaint description Briefly state what you would consider a reasonable resolution from the company I am not seeking money. All I wanted is my book published and the 6 months legitimate marketing to be delivered.Have you contacted the company about this issue?   I was contacted by *************************, claiming to represent Ghostwriter Experts in *************, I was told he could help promote my Asleep Book Series with the services they provide. ***** told me the cost would be $2,500.00, and the services would include video trailers for my (3) books, a press release on ******* a website, search engine optimization, and a few other services designed to promote me as a legitimate author ********************* (my pseudonym), ********************************** is my legal name. I sent the company $1,250.00 to start the process (an agreement was drafted up), and within two weeks, I was asked to come up with the other $1,250.00. I reminded ***** that the balance would be due after the rest of the steps were completed. Ghostwriter Experts / Their Website / Was becoming a big problem.8The wrong phone number is on their webpage.8No one answers the phone for their billing company Ace Content Writing ************ (and who are they)?8Massive amount of Bad Reviews for the company.8A terrible amount of miscommunication.8Was hit up for an additional $6,825.00 for a distribution deal just a couple of weeks into the work they were doing for me as part of a 6-Month Author PlanoNot able to verify with one or two bookstores if they even ordered books as part of a distribution deal.oThe cost of the books went from $2.75 to $3.50, then $3.05, and was given different versions of the distribution deal oI was never informed that there was another option for **** books to be distributed to ************** outlets (if thats even true).oWas given a deadline to pay an adjusted cost of $5,947.50 by this Thursday, 8/17/2023 by **** for the book distribution.oNo information on the website as to the people Im dealing with (nothing on *************************, ****** or ***********************).Finally, I went to my bank and had the charges reversed. *****, has not contacted in over a weeks time.

  I wrote a book, How To Make It In The Adult Industry. Approximately in Aug of 2022 this company said they would help sell the book. They did put it up on Amazon and ****** and *****. However, they sent me 5 contracts. Each contract was for x amount of books that distributors said they would sell. All I had to do was pay for printing the books. Then within 3 months I was to get royalties. From all 5 contracts that would total over $600,000. Some of the contracts I paid by cc. Others wire transfer. I received $14,000 and 3 credits to my card totaling $7,000. As of today my royalty payments is supposed to be over $100,000. I have been in contact with various people from the company weekly for months. All say they are working on the issue and any day I will get my money. Last Friday was last time someone spoke with me. Said they were moving to different office but by Monday they would take care of it. I have called multiple times, multiple numbers and no one will return my calls or answer the phone. ************************* is one ***** had worked with, ************, another guy ************, ****************** ************, and I talked to a ******* ************. Not one person will respond to me. I paid $143,446 between all 5 contracts. I want my money back
