We purchased a *** car from a company out in ********. We live in **********, so we were worried about the cost and safe transport.. I called Lucky Star Auto Transport and spoke with ******. He is amazing! I usually get at least 3 quotes before deciding on who I will use, but we chose ****** because he just had great customer service from the first Hello! The car has a right hand steering, and ****** explained how long hes been in business and that hes used to driving these types of cars (I was worried due to the low clearance and loading it up). He also gave me invaluable information on how to register my car (due to CA emissions standards), how to insure it with a classic car insurance company, but he was ALWAYS available if I had any questions. Not once did I feel like it was just a sales pitch.Going with Lucky Star was just a solid decision. ****** has decades of experience in both the *** and ******! (Dont worry, hes not old. LOL) No money paid until delivery, and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. In this day and age it becomes difficult to find good honest people. Zoly is good peeps. One of the good guys. He is an excellent communicator. He texted me and sent me pictures along his route. My car arrived in ***** in perfect condition. He cares for and respects your property. A true professional. I have used several vehicle transport companies over the years. Honest, communicative, with a fair price for transporting. I found out that he had transported another car with mine, so I did wonder if he should have lowered the price for me, but never asked him about that. Also, he didn't inform me that the trucking company actually delivering my car was also owned by him, so when there was a problem at the delivery end, I didn't know I could call him; I found out when it was too late and after having to destroy the taillight cover on the car in order to finish getting the car up to my property.Review from Emily L

****** is honest, communicative, and really looks out for your interests. We hired ****** to move our car from ** to MA. On the morning or day it was supposed to be moved, ******'s vehicle had an issue...and being such a stand up guy, he actually gave our business to his friend so we weren't stuck without a car, and we would have it in time. He didn't try and make it an excuse, he just gave up our business to his friend so we could get our car on time.It's when things go wrong, you know the character of the person...he literally gave our business to his friend so that we wont be waiting for a car too long. Our car in fact came early!If we ever had to move a car again, you can BET we'll go with him. This guy is a real ******. Thank you!Review from Kim H

I wish we had another car to ship just so I could use Zoltan again. Prompt communications, accurate time estimates, professional, trustworthy guy with integrity. He even kept the car at his house for a week since my mom needed to get on a plane for her out of state move before the scheduled pickup day. We got pics of the car en route and it arrived as expected. I highly recommend.
