Incorrect installation of a brand new Milgard sliding door that was purchased from this company. They did not finish the job and asked for entire payment and kept pushing out fixing the issues. The door doesnt close and is making our house unsafeInitial Complaint

6/4/2022, we ordered milgard Trinsic patio sliding door through ***** Mjavia of General B Contractor. 10/6/2022, ***** Mjavia delivered the patio door without its door screen and 2 missing door caps/plugs. As our construction contractors finished installing doors, i noticed the plugs and screen were missing and therefore contacted ***** Mjavia via phone calls and texts on October 31. 11/23/22, I reached out to him again via text following about the screens and plugs and indicating many messages were left on his phone. On Sunday 11/27/22, he responded and said Ill get my screen and plugs on 1/11/2023. Tried contacting General B Contractor with no response from ***** Mjavia. I am at complete frustrations without my screens and no response from this guy. My door costs $4551.62 and per his request, I paid him in cash via PayPal sending to a friendand not through his business. Please help me rectify this situation. I just want my sliding door screen and 2 door plugs.Business response

*********** ordered *******'s door from us, as we are Milgard's Authorized Dealers.
We placed an order with Milgard and received the door packed in a wooden box and wrapped in plastic.
In the same condition the door was delivered to the customer. The customer purchased only material from us without installation.
Later on, the customer let us know that in the box there was a missing door screen and a couple of plugs. We let the manufacturer know the issue and they shipped to us the screen and they mailed to the customer plugs. ********** Picked up the screen from our warehouse.

I am rejecting this response because:************ is a very bad business man. He lack care and concern for his customer after he received payment from **. He does not response to multiple voice messages left or pick up calls for months. My multiple messages was ignored, even when reaching out to BBB, he did not response. My husband had to do a stakeout at his business where ***** had no choice but to find our paid screen for us. He put us in high stress induce state dealing with him. He lacked integrity and ethics as a business man. Trying to get me to retract my complaint only prove he lacks integrity, ethics and morals. Im only speaking of my true experiences with this man.
