ShareFile / ************************** has made it almost impossible to cancel a subscription. I had already turned off auto renew but the company attempted to charge me anyway. Now when I try to cancel my subscription there is no place to access subscriptions.Searching RightSignature the suggestion was to log in and find subscriptions (now impossible), or contact the support email at: *************************** the email no longer works. Searching help on Right Signature takes me to a page that says contact support to cancel, but that page no longer works, it has a link to email support, that link doesn't work.I tried to find subscriptions on ShareFile. There is no longer a way to access subscriptions on ShareFile. Going to help and looking up cancel my subscription I see a response that says use the chat function. The listed hours for Chat are 8pm Sunday to 8pm Friday, contacting them on Monday which is in that timeframe give me "No one is available start a case". I have filed a case. This is a large company, making it this difficult to cancel an account seems like fraud. The fact that I already stopped auto renew and they attempted to charge my account, is fraud. Elderly people, or people that are not technically adept, will get charged for services they do not want. This should be fixed. It should be simple enough to add a button that says cancel my subscription on a screen of subscriptions. If there are reasons why, or issues that need to be agreed, like you will lose access to all your signed documents, you can present them and let the customer agree. There is no excuse for not allowing people to cancel their subscription.Business response

We attempted to reach you on August 7th, 2024 at your phone number but reached voicemail, so we left a message. The original details provided reference a subscription issue with ShareFile, which seems to be a product owned and operated by Cloud ******************* or CITRIX. These products do not belong to Cisco Systems, *** for which your BBB complaint was filed against. Better Business Bureau:This is entirely my fault. I'm really sorry, I thought Citrix was owned by Cisco. I agree this is not the fault of Cisco.

Your complaint has reached Cisco Systems, Inc. Cisco makes the equipment and software that help connect computers and devices to the internet and each other. They provide the tools businesses need to communicate and share information securely.
By your description "Secure MSP APP" I'm unable to confirm if you have any Cisco products or services. Please provide any Purchase/Sales Orders #s which every Cisco sale would include. Or if the purchase was through a Cisco Authorized Partner, provide the name and contact information for the Cisco Authorized Partner you worked with.
If you believe you are a victim of fraud or a scam, always be cautious when sharing personal information, and never give out your bank details or Social Security number to unknown callers or emails. Purchased a HP printer during install process I was told I had no security service they would not complete the installation without the security so I purchased it. The next day after I started the cancellation. Please see my attachments Ill be sending.Business response

Several men who claim to be representatives of CISCO have called stating that a service which I supposedly purchased in March of 2021 has expired and is currently running on a grace ******* According to their messages, my account will be auto debited for a total of $6800. I answered the phone at one point and informed them that I didn't want to continue any service with them and to cancel the account .The representative said a cancellation form would have to be completed via my computer and they needed to access my computer to which I was not agreeable. The calls continued and I finally decided to attempt to resolve the matter in October because any account I had in 2021 was no longer primary and would not have $6800. I did not want a blemish on my record. Since that time, I have attempted to work with 3 of CISCO's agent who each calls the other an invalid operative. The most recent one is named ************************* (tei: ************). My original paid amount has varied according to whom I was talking. They all appear to be rogue and dishonest. In October as I dealt with *********************, I paid $1577 dollars. In January, ********************* who commenced a cancellation form as a manager requested $2098.97 That I paid. He stated that a fraud claim would be activated on the funds paid to ********************* and that I would be reimbursed in a couple of weeks. I received a receipt from Savita via email that tje payment of $2098.97 had been received. On March 20, 2023, I was contacted by ************************* who said he was a manger and didn't know who the h*** ********************* was and that ********************* was a tech, not a manager. He was still claiming that I owed the company. He turned my call over to his manager, *************************** who explained that the cancellation form by ************** was invalid as it had not been activated regardless of my payment. Since dealing with ****************, I have made several payments totaling $3045.98 to DOTPay Solutions LLC in *****; the account is still open.Business response

this business is supposed to be a *************** they have a school in ********* and they're not paying the person teaching these classes she has been working there since January this girl's name is ************************* she's actually from the ** and supposedly they flew her from ******* out to ********* to teach modeling they don't want to fly her back and they don't want to pay herBusiness response

I purchased a Cisco Smartnet Contract through a Cisco reseller [quite a few weeks back]. I am having difficulty with the unit it is to support [to the point where the brand new WAP (wireless access point) is unusable]. Without that contract, I am unable to obtain the technical support I need to resolve that issue. I am being told by my dealer that the company he uses to obtain Smartnet contracts is being audited by Cisco. They have no clue as to when I will get my Smartnet contract. I am asking that Cisco cease delaying and immediately provide my contract to the reseller without any further delay.Business response

My Webex calling features do not work, so tech support whatsoever. No can help. Yet they bill me every month. terrible company .. why can't some one from the calling team help update my prerecorded voicemail messages and help me change a user on my account? this is not a hard request.Business response

I purchased the Designing Cisco Enterprise Wireless Networks (ENWLSD) v2.0 training and would like a refund or credit. I purchased it from the Cisco Learning Store online and receipt is below with order number. The reason is that the training modules are way too difficult and especially the post assessment. I've been going back and forth doing everything customer service says to get into my account to change my voucher from a regular exam voucher to a safeguard exam voucher. I've followed the instructions and sent the screenshots. I still can't get into my account. I can get into NetAcad. The link for starting a voucher case wants me to log in. It won't take my password or send me a new one. It says my account is locked, but the email I get when I try to unlock it says it's active and unlocked. I'm tired of the back and forth. This is my second complaint. Nobody is elevating my problem to someone who can help me. I'm tired of going in circles. I just want to get into my account and edit my voucher by opening a case. I keep getting directed to the wrong page or I get an error saying that my account is locked and an email saying it isn't locked.Customer response

I forgot to come back to report it as resolved, begrudgingly. It took weeks and I don't even know how many emails. 75? 100. The list of multiple emails per conversation is extensive. Many of them from people who refused to forward me to someone who could do something. Many of them just sending me in circles because, they kept having me perform the same tasks and expecting me to get different results.
