Good afternoon. CH Pension services has not improved their conduct since my last complaint, BBB Complaint Case# ****** (***************************). In that complaint, CH Pension Services was willfully negligent in releasing my money, with which I later bought a house. Due to their negligence, as they were the sole party responsible for delaying our home purchase, the purchase price of our home increased from $**** in March when I first began attempting to get my money, to $**** in June when they finally released my money, a 13% increase. This creates a significant and measurable financial harm caused solely by the spiteful and negligent actions of CH Pension services, which is the cause of the original complaint. On November 1st, I asked ****** by email, to release a balance of a little over $**. I was advised it would be sent out within a few days. I allowed two weeks, followed up, and was told it would be done by the end of the year 2021. I waited another 2 weeks and asked for the job to get done, as CH Pension services is clearly slow-walking the papers in retaliation for my previous complaint. In 2021 when the time to make a distribution to him was correct, we processed his distribution on ******** and gave instructions to ************ for his distribution (we are not holding the money). I don't know what he is talking about now. If ************ has not processed it, he should have contacted us and let us know. But he did ******** The first time when he had ********* **** I talked to his employer and they told me that he has ********* So anyway, if the distribution was not ********* ********** he needs to contact our ******* Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/01/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It is amazing to me that CH Pension services is in business at all. The issue about the distribution last May is background information about the current problem, which I explained in my complaint. She says that if there is a problem, then I should contact their office. If you read the complaint, that's exactly what I did. I contacted the office at least three times since November. I have copies of the emails available on request. I have been ignored each time. It seems as though this is the only way to get results, and by ignoring me, you force me to resort to this option. Maybe you should talk to ***** about taking action on the things he promises. *** ******** said I have problems? If I have problems then why do we still talk? I have a problem with people not doing their job. Trying to deflect your incompetence to me being upset that you haven't done your job isn't a valid argument here. You wrote the terms of this contract, so figure it out. Say what you want about me, but you haven't delivered on your duty to distribute my funds. That's your problem and you need to solve it. If you had done it when you said you would, then we wouldn't be here right now, and that's a choice that CH pension services made. Quite frankly I don't have time for this tirade of *** ****. I will have the person in charge contact him tomorrow and get the necessary paperwork completed.
