We purchased the car from Bay area Auto sales and they basically charged us a $***** balloon payment and couldn't find a lender so we paid them monthly which totaled out to $***** and more. Bay area Auto credit didn't forward any of those payments to the finance company which is premiere Auto and we're going to file a complaint against and plan on filing a lawsuit to seek damages against Bay area auto sales for knowingly sending us to a predatory lender taking advantage of the situation and keeping payments made towards the car for financial gain and premier Auto credit to they hiking up interest to over $****** for a 2013 Honda CRV that had no sun shades no indoor car lights a broken key and other minor car things that were not given to us when we drove off the lot. As we know that this is a practice that is considered illegal in the state of California and that's ridiculous for an old car we were not advised to read our contracts they basically were forcing us just to sign sign not giving us any time to read or go over the contracts they knowingly extorted money from us and knowingly sent us to a predatory lender. I will be seeking an attorney well as damages and hopes that no one else with a low credit rating it's taken advantage of. Practice should never happen to another consumer again.
