As a Disabled Veteran the VA sent me to this facility 6 months ago, VA paid them, then they tried to also bill me and my Private Insurance company committing FRAUD. I went to the facility yesterday and learned one of the Volunteers leaked my personal Information and violated HIPPA and other FEDERAL, STATE LAWSInitial Complaint

My wife was recently a patient in the Sierra Vista emergency room. At the time of service, she made a payment of $400 by credit card. The payment was applied to a different patient leaving the balance still due on my wife's account. Once we received the bill, we notified them of the of the mistake (thankfully we had the receipt with the other patients "patient number" on it. They researched and agreed it was credited in error. They assured us that they would correct it and credit us. It has been SEVEN months and we call each month. Every time they tell us the same thing and it never gets done. We have provided the proof with no action to correct it. They also gave us the other patients information, my next step is to reach out to her and let her know her info is being shared, maybe she can help correct it.
