Date of transaction 05/18/2022 The amount of business ******* Business provide item is ******* and ******************* Estate ********************* ********************************** of dispute is: the mattress different than store display one, the top not flat, the mattress side have nameplate also show different than store have it is show something from different store the exclusively item. And the hardness a lot high than in store one. I tired ask the store return, they not agree, say have paper work tell not returnable. I cant accept is the store never notes us the item not able to return,if he say in the begging i will not to buy. All the mattress store have able to try and return how can i know your store not? Hello, this mattress that is being questioned is a ****** and ****** ************* Cassatt firm and it is the same mattress nationwide.
This customer also came into the store and inspected it after we received it to make sure he got the right one.
Our store policy is on the back of each invoice and we also have a sign posted behind our counter that states no refunds.
We do offer a one time 90 day comfort guarantee with full credit towards another mattress of his choice that was available to this customer at the time. He decided he did not want that option and proceeded to dispute the credit card charges.
We do apologies for any misunderstanding but we try to help every customer with respect and honesty.

if is the same nationwide, can you explain how it show make for exclusively for ****** homestore? Please see attached photo.
and i check in the store is before i get, not after i get. I dont know what you try to say. I do have one mattress is not flat top from online. You let me return it to get from your. And than and delivery you tell me your policy not allowing return or change the same item. I feel you are scam, your are deliberately misleading me. How can you let me return *************** and you not notice me your store not able to return?
Dont say something i sign on the paper, im not accept anything, the paper only for delivery information. Im not even know you have the scam police in the back. And your store sale no pickup the phone from my phone number after i got matters, until i use the different phone number to call, so i think you already know whats wrong, just you scheduled in the beginning to scam me.

Were sorry you feel that way towards our company sir, as far as we know there are no returns on mattresses from almost every company on furniture row in ********** and only a couple of them offer comfert exchanges.
our policy has been the same since 2008 which clearly states that we offer a one-time exchange from our company that you were aware off at the time of purchase. Thank you
