Secure roofing and solar also known SIRC or solar integrated and roofing. Took all of the money from my loan. Reneged on the agreement to pay off my existing solar. They misrepresented the buy out amount and then never paid it. Now their bond company is also refusing to pay out the funds that were in the contract as the buy out. So they basically had me secure extra funds and then they stole it.Initial Complaint

Purchased the residential home at **********************************************************. in 2019 had our roof repaired with a 25 year warranty for workmanship and manufacture warranty. Our home sustained a leak and damages to the interior of our home were caused due to faulty workmanship. Seeking help to resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

Secure roofing and solar has become **** roofing and solar. I had ******* and solar installed in May, 2023. The **** people are now saying my warranty is worthless because the lic was pulled during Secure. I have a roof leak that **** workers have agreed was do to improper roof instalation, however they will not fix the issue and I now have water damage. I have begged they just stop the leak and repair the roof, I will deal with the other damage to the door and stucco later. They will not return calls or help in any wayInitial Complaint

On 8/4/2008 we purchased a roof from Secure Home Improvements (***********************). The roof came with a "LIFETIME ************************** Warranty". The roof was installed on 8/29/2008. Early this calendar year after the unprecedented rains, a leak occurred in our roof. I contacted Secure (now SIRC) and their response was WONDERFUL! They came our aid quickly, did an emergency repair, and then a month or so later, came out and repaired the roof. We couldn't have been more pleased customers.In July of this year, I contacted SIRC again about another roof issue that caused water running off the roof to damage a wall of our house. This time SIRC was slow to respond, but I send a reminder email on 8/7/2023 to ******************** and ********************* ***** responded later that day and said he had someone he was sending out to look at the problem. The next day **** (I think) or perhaps ***** came out to look at the problem. He spent perhaps an hour looking at the roof and said they would be back to me in the next day or two. I followed up this promise with numerous emails to SIRC over the next few months. I have not heard back from SIRC since I talked with the technician on 8/8/2003.Initial Complaint

5/11 we contacted secure roofing was told they have new owners We had to prove with our contract that we have a life time warranty. After we gave them the proof they found us in the files. We were told we have a call in 48 hours. Called back told a ******* was handling all roofing repairs will set up appointment. No call called again said ******* no loner employed and would have another employee wound call to set up inspection. No call back. Called today was told again ******* not here and would get a call in 24 to 48 hours and we were high priority. I went into there web site and sent messages I feel they are hoping we will go away as they do not want to **** by there warrantyInitial Complaint

I have a rooftop solar installation that was completed in March of 2018. With the recent heavy rain, I noticed that water was leaking through the ceiling in our finished garage. Upon further inspection, it appears the leak is coming from where the bracing arm to support the solar panels is connected to the roof. In reviewing our warranty information, I saw that I have a 25 year warranty on the panels, the installation, etc. I reached out to the company initially on 3/11 when I noticed the leak and left a message. I followed up four more times over the next four days to have someone come review the issue. I was told multiple times that ********************* would be contacting me, but that has not happened. I've reached out to *********************, who sold us the system, and I'm awaiting a reply. Now the phone just goes to voicemail. My concern is that we're forecast to get another heavy storm today/tomorrow which will result in additional damage. I'm put some temporary tarping in place, but am hesitant to try to fix more permanently until the company reviews the issue.Initial Complaint

Purchased $45k solar panel w/ battery in Dec 2020. CEO and owner ********************* promised a panel upgrade if the city or SDGE did not approve their plans. I have a 100amp panel and every other solar quote I received had included a 200 amp panel upgrade, so I knew that the others wouldn't incur the cost just to win my business. But I agreed to his promise. Secure Roofing, aka OTCMRKT: SIRC (Solar Integrated Roofing Companies), ********** Solar electric & Roofing. After 2 years and a $7,000 expense to upgrade my panel out-of-pocket, they have consistently lied and ignored my requests. Going as far as me requesting a partial reimbursement of $2,500 and they agreed, only to never pay me. Aside from this, I have incurred added expenses from SDGE because when they came to install my 12 month delayed battery, they reconnected my system wrong and I was pulling power from the grid for 3 months! Again, I notified them and they agreed to pay for those months. Never did get a check as they promised. I also had taken a loan for the full amount, but after they installed my panels, they had failed to notify me during the sale that Tesla batteries were out of stock and it would take months to be installed. So I paid interest on the full amount of the transaction even though the $15k battery didn't get installed until 12 months later! My complaint is that they fraudulently represented to a municipality, City of San Diego and utility company, SDGE a document that said I needed at least 175 amp panel and they DID NOT install a 175 amp panel! Instead, they left my original 100amp panel so they wouldn't need to incur that cost of upgrading it like they promised during the sale. *****************************, new CEO has also lied to me that they would make this right and reimburse me for my added expenses of over $5k and never have. These are BAD PEOPLE that shouldn't be conducting business with consumers if they are going to lie, cheat and steal.
