This is a total scam. They will not refund your money. Please do not get involved in this! There are no courses. ******!

BUYER BEWARE ?? Yogamu is a total scam, waste of your money...DO NOT sign up for their programs as they are not even legitimate!!! It has been 10 days now since I requested a full refund from Yogamu for a special discounted 'face yoga course.' On September 18th, I registered for the course. I waited for 1 week to receive the course materials & did not receive anything at all. I even tried logging on to my Yogamu account that I still have from having taken Meditation Training in the past.I could not access the course at all. I could not get through to anyone either. Then when the money was taken out of my bank account for the course, & I realized how expensive the fee was for me in Canadian dollars, with the exchange rate, I realized that this is too much money for me at the moment, since I am not working currently. Since then, I have sent many e- mails starting on September 24th requesting a full refund. Each e- mail I receive a reply back with a ticket number staying that someone will get back to me, and no one never does get back to me. Additionally, I have called multiple times. Most of the time, there is no support person to speak to, only a messaging service. And so I have left several detailed voice mail messages & , again, no one ever gets back to me. I finally spoke to a real person about 3 days ago who told me that it takes 7 -10 days for a refund to go through and he said that he would double check it for me & ensure that things are processing correctly. Today it has been 10 ********* still have not received any kind of refund in my bank account & have not received a phone call back or an e- ******* this point, I am beyond frustrated and ******. I have read the negative reviews on ************** & they mostly all say the same thing. This is the worst, most horrible unreliable, unethical, unprofessional customer service from a business I have ever seen, & this is completely unacceptable.

Signed up for a class and it wasnt wgat I expected. Asked for a refund within a day and they ask for 7 days its been much longer than that abd I dont hear back from them. I dont recommend this website at all.

I purchased a bowl online from them, 9/15/2023. I contacted them 10/12/23, and received a note that creating them takes time. Since then, I've emailed them 2/1/24, 2/8/24, 2/24/24, and received the only response that the note was received. On 2/25/24 I spoke with someone who claimed the bowl was "getting ready to be shipped and will notify when it has been sent." It's now 6/4/24 and I've just left another message. I'm afraid I've been scammed and that they are still out there pretending to be a real business.I would give them a NO STAR rating but this system doesn't make accommodations for that

Completed the course and uploaded a final video following all the requirements. After a week of no feedback I tried to contact them and ask about it but that was going nowhere. After over a month I received an automated email saying I need to upload the video again,I tried to ge explanation if I made mistakes and need a new video or there's a technical issue but it's impossible to contact them. Do not waste your time and money.

I encountered what I believe is a bait and switch. They offered a deep discount for their 200 hour program, they keep stringing me along, offering me a lot of other programs and services but will not graduate me from the program. I did the whole entire course, submitted my video and they gave me the runaround about having to send the video someplace else. Over the course of about five months I resent it three times with follow **** Then they told me I had to take the new course all over again And resubmit the video. After I did that they wanted me to resubmit the video again. I do not believe that they have a location in ********** I think it is just in *****. Very hard to get in touch or get answers from people. But I get emails from them on almost a daily basis trying to sell their other courses and services. I feel like they hooked me with their first discount only to try and up sell me. I have spent 10 months this year, over 500 hours of study, I follow their instructions to the letter just to be told, 'your video looks perfect but you need to make some corrections' when I asked for an outline of what they're looking for ( since I gave them everything I was told) I have not heard back from them AGAIN. So frustrating and very counterintuitive to what a yoga school should be in my opinion. I wish I would've known all of this ahead of time I would've saved my money and my time. Their intentions may be good but their execution here it's not professional at all. I would not recommend them and I wish I would've spent my time and my money with a different organization.

I have been trying to reach a representative at this company for weeks to gain access to an online course that I am paying installments for and have yet to speak to anyone. When I try to reset my password I never receive the password reset. I have received an email confirming my enrollment and to look for an email to follow from "*********" to start the course, however I have not received anything from ********* and when I try to log into ********* they do not have record of my email. This has been going on for more than two months and I cannot get a refund either. I feel as though this is fraudulent and I am being ripped off for almost 1k.
