I am having a problem with an order #**** that I placed with Reloading Brass USA back on 12/10/2023. I ordered a quantity of 200, ***** Starline Brass cartridge cases and paid for them using ZELLE on 12/11/23 (Zelle receipt and order attached). Payment was made as requested to a ************************* at email address ************************ The amount was $195.98. After several mails to them using their website CONTACT US function I have yet to hear anything about my order. They have not contacted me by phone or email (See email attachment). When I checked their website this morning it looks as if my order was not logged even though ***** said the money was transferred. I am hoping that you might intervene and help me with a refund if possible.Initial Complaint

ordered products from Reloading Brass USA and followed their instructions for payment via Zelle. Received the invoice on August 18, 2023 and sent payment on August 21, 2023. since sending payment. there has been no response to any communication from their end. I have attached the invoice along with a screenshot from my bank showing the debit from my account for the same amount. This is what was included at their request and who I sent the money to via Zelle.
