****************** including manager is absolutely awful. On my 2019 Golf Alltrack the service light in the dashboard indicted that I needed to schedule a maintenance service. The last service was performed on August 29th 2022. It was a 30K service @ ****** miles. I scheduled on Thursday 8/3 and was happy to get an appointment the next day at 7:30 am. I should notated that we initially purchased a Volkswagen Care Plus Package that includes all scheduled and recommended Service Maintenances at no extra charge. When my husband dropped off the car the dealer informed him that they wouldn't be able to replace the Spark Plugs (which is a big and expensive part of the scheduled 40K service, recommended by Volkswagen) because the car would be there too early. When my husband told the service advisor **** that the service light indicated to come in for a service he said that they could perform the 40K service but no Spark Plugs Replacement. My husband left the car and informed me about this. I contacted the dealer immediately and spoke to **** and the Service Manager *******. They both stated that Volkswagen wouldn't allow them to replace my Spark Plugs at this time and they wouldn't be able to replace them. I told them to stop working at my car and that I would be contacting VW North ******* and/or will - if that is true - bring the car back in 8 weeks when the car is 48 months old. When my husband came back to pick up the car they informed him that they performed a 40K service without the Spark Plugs Replacement. This is unacceptable. Even the owners manual says that the Spark Plugs need to be replaced at 40K or 48 months. I will contact VW NA to have this reviewed. Additionally I should mention that I literally have every time an issue with them. They ordered parts that they needed to replace under warranty. The parts were once lost and had to re-ordered. When making an appointment they also would told me they need the whole day for a 3 hour job. Very unqualified.
