I see other reviews on here and sad to say the SAME things. Im 34. I live literally behind the station. I go in with my son and I buy a beer for myself. The guy wouldnt sell it to me!!! He had to call his manager to check if it was ok. Then. He couldnt figure out how to use the extra mile virtual card. I know it can be done there since I had done it 2 days prior. Then. Thursday morning on 6/13 my boyfriend and I go in around 7am. Two women working start speaking to him in Spanish and accusing him of threatening that same male worker when they have no valid proof and the employee who states it happened was not even in the store working. How can it be proven to be him because he is a Mexican man with facial tattoos this man feels a threat??? And how many people come to this store daily being next to the 15 who may be Mexican with tattoos?! Completely discriminatory and now I feel judged when I go to this store with those two women workers. Im not sure of their names but shorter possibly of Mexican decent and one was named ****** (she was not who was speaking to my boyfriend). Avoid this store and find a way to let the owner know how much business this guy is letting pass by cause he doesnt know California and federal laws regarding alcohol purchase. Also I may add, I was stone sober when I went to purchase the beer.Review from Charlee C

Have bought smokes many times as I am 21 have a valid ID the every time a certain cashier is there he refuses to sell me smokes he has a royal attitude problem.Review from Jay M

On May 9th at 7:25pm i walked into this store and was turned around by the cashier who said"im closing my shift can't ring you up." Okay no problem i walked back to my car and not 50 seconds later 2 Caucasian men walked in and was not turned around. This is definitely a racial discrimination. They had a promo where we got $1.00/gal discount for the first 3 fillips. They only gave a $0.10 discount. When I complained, they replied "you got your discount" , then ignored me. I buy a lot of gas. But I won't be buying Chevron gasReview from Linda D

This gas station provided me with awful customer service. He did not greet me with a smile. The cashier tried to keep my money after I paid for the gas. If I could give a thumbs down I would! He should not be working in customer service!Review from Miguel M

I have spent over $***** on this gas company app and they suddenly suspends my account.I am very annoyed how they would do it without sending me an email.The last person I spoke to that probably flagged my account was Greggorie ********************************************* Rewards Member Support Case number: ******** I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks to get my point added to my account. I do uber and I dont want to store all my credit card information in the app. Please reinstate my account with ***** worth of points for the trouble and stress your company has caused **** just want to continue driving and purchasing gas through the chevron app.To new users: beware for they will question your purchasing decisions. They have flagged me for taking advantage of their promo and purchasing the reeses ******************* size within the same day of the gas purchase just to accumulate points quicker and get my return on investment.Save yourself the headache and dont use this app, if you do, good luck.Review from RANDIE B

The single worst customer service I have ever received in my life, bar none. They stall, request the same information over and over, obfuscate and outright lie to their customers. They should be ashamed of themselves! If I could give zero stars I would.Review from Tony K

Horrible company that ignores customers. Out of all gas companies that I've contacted over the years, Chevron is the first and only company that didn't even bother responding. Long story short, I bought their gift cards and loaded them into my Chevron app, but pay at pump through the app feature never worked (local gas stations had no clue), so I called Chevron and left voicemail, but no response. I then used their "contact us" feature through their website, still nothing. It's ridiculous that this company doesn't own up to its failure to set up the app pay system and leaves customers high and dry.Review from Michael V

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a credit card, First of all about 6 montghs ago I got an opportunity to get the Chevron application. First of all let me let you know I am 76 years old. When I made the applicationm on line it was very confusing. I didn't realize that I had chosen no written bills my wife pays the bills and we didn't know the problem till one day we were declined at a station. I calledf and fixed the problem I have been trying to user the app and everywhere I tried it told me it wasn't avaiolable. But today we were in **** ** and praise be it asked me for a pump. I put in the pump then it asked me for my card number and the 3 digit number on the back. I put those all in but it would not let me pay through the app. I needed gas so I paid with my card. I have the reciept I got ****** gallons. I just got off the phone with 2 calls the first was for 9 minutes and they told me He would give 3 cents off I told him the app said I should get $1.00 he said sorry. I then placed another call and spent 17 1/2 minutes with Viece she was more helpful and again told me the app was not approved in *******, I explained to her that I was able to try to use it. In the past when it wasn't available it said so and I was OK with that. But today when it told me to choose a pump I expected something more than what I got. When I got Viece on the line and expained to her what had happened she told me nothing was available in Aerizona. Viece is in the Phiiapines and that *** be a problem but I'm sure she can communicate the problem.My BIG complaint is that I have been trying to use this app for 5 months and been very frustated. It almost seems like they have ******* identified usage of the app was a good thing but all I've seen are false promises.Maybe this wiil help another older person to be lesss upset than I am! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. I would appreciate knowing what happens.Review from WG H

Chevron does not care about the customers I was told they were independently owned by the corporate office I have experienced hostility relative to defective products expired products negative dialogue Even a 99cent cigarillo pack only had one in it. The cashier was negative each time and I was not given a refund. Food Mart. ********************************************************** **.This company is as terrible as they come.It even took the cashierMarley one minute to acknowledge my presence reluctantly while I stood at the counter.
