      My phone has been deactivated for over a month, i havent been able to make calls, so there is no way to verify my account, what a crooked crooked company

      Phone not working for over a week. Call and they say we will call back. Did not receive a call after either time. Have held / talked with them and had the call disconnected 3 times. Held for over 26 minutes, and over 18 and they disconnect the call. Told me Sunday 72 hours and call back. Gave me a ticket #. When u call back they don't want the ticket # its hold on and I will update the system.Call back and need 2 more hours. Call about 4 hours later and that is when they disconnect the call after 26 minutes. I am the main care giver for my 85 yr old mom and 78 yr old aunt that has terminal cancer and a very short time to live. I must have a working phone. I do not have a cell phone so I have to borrow one and can not keep theirs with me. I expect a working phone and a $ credit on my bill!

      After obtaining reward points, they refuse to allow me to redeem them. Specifically a $100 credit towards a phone purchase. They have previously removed my points, then replaced them but their website will not allow me to redeem the points and when I speak to an agent, they state i do not have those points. (******) simply refused to tell me how many points that it showed I had or let me speak with anyone else.

      I purchased a Straight Talk Wireless card for$45.00. I called straight and they informed me that the card havent been scan from ******* who carries there services plans cards in the ******* store. I informed straight Talk that I took the straight talk card back to ******* 3 times and they scanned it. I called straight talk back and they informed me to fax in the receipt of payment, my email address, cellphone number, and reference number to resolve my issue. My service on my cellphone was turned off and not resolved the proper way. I called them and they kept repeating the same thing the card hasnt been scan from *******. I have my proof of. I need to fax it in to you all. Please resolve this issue for me in a better way. Thank you

      I bought a ******* galaxy 12 about a year ago from ******* a week later I switched it to straight talk so I have had straight talk for pretty much a year now straight talk merged with ******* and they wanted me to switch my Sim card to ******* and I did but it won't work because ******** the provider for one week before I switched to straight talk said they can't unlock from there towers because I haven't used there service for more than 40 days so I got back with straight talk told them ******** couldn't unlock it because I haven't been under there service I have been under straight talk service and they told me there was nothing they could do about it then I haven't had a working phone since last Friday so I asked straight talk to refund my auto withdrawal and they said they couldn't because it didn't happen this month regardless I paid 49 and some change for a months worth of service and I didn't get a months worth of service and it's not my fault my phone doesn't work it's straight talks fault .I have been in touch with straight talk multiple times and ********/sprint and ******* were I purchased the phone and none of them say they can help me with a phone that is in perfectly fine condition just hasn't worked since last Friday when straight talk turned it off for it to be switched to *******

      Last month I used my Wi-Fi hotspot one night I got a message from straight talk I was out of hotspot data I had problems using my phone afterwards I have unlimited talk and text and I was supposed to unlimited ********** but apparently I didn't two people told me I would get my data back restored third person told me I would not this was before half of the month was even out well this month I used my Wi-Fi hotspot and I watched three shows on ******* and I got a message that I was out of data that's been six seven days ago and ever since then I've been unable to receive text messages I cannot get into any of my online accounts because I cannot get a text message to confirm who I am I've called every day till I'm sick of calling and straight talk has yet but one time had anyone to speak to me on the phone they couldn't have speak English and they never did a thing about it I still am unable to receive text messages I have changed phone careers to another company now with a new number but I still cannot get into any of my accounts and I can't speak to anybody a straight talk and I text and text and text the support saying help I can't receive text help I can't receive text and I get nothing it's way before half of the month was out and I used Wi-Fi hotspot once I was out and ever since then no texting I need something done about it immediately they have cost me all of my accounts The account is ************

      They refuse to let me use my bonus points I. And told me I can only use my points for only 15 days that's what straight talk told me and I asked for the talk and text plan and they still refuse to give it to me and I was on the phone with ******
