This company has been very helpful and solid with impeccable customer service *(most important to me) along with excellent training and competitive pricing. I would like to say thank you very much **** for being a great sales person with a ton of information and help on deciding which machine was going to work best for me and my business. You were very patient and you delivered exactly what you said. I would also like to say thank very much to ***** Iriba for giving my training and showing and sharing so much info and for especially being patient with all my questions. You were very awesome and I learned a lot in a very short period and the fact that you want to check up on my later to make sure I am doing ok, makes me feel like family. There are certain companies that you run across in business that leave an impact. Some leave a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service and some exceed all expectations.DTG-C definitely exceeded all expectations. Starting in 2023 we were getting so many request from our existing customers regarding shirts for their brand. We knew heading into 2024 that a purchase of a DTG machine was imminent, one problemwho to buy from? Where to start? What is a DTG machine?ok maybe not that question..We joined a DTG group to learn more and honestly get referrals on where to buy. Day one we were overwhelmed with sales reps from all over the ************* calling and emailing us, we spoke to countless sales reps during this time, some came off as very knowledgeable but extremely pushy, some clearly just wanted to land the sale and be done.We were about to put on hold purchasing a unit until we received a message from ************************* at DTG Connection. ***** was different from the other sales reps we had spoken to, he was genuinely nice, he asked questions regarding our business model, he got to know us a people and a company.***** never made us feel uncomfortable with asking questions, trust me..we asked **** of questions! He would always return our calls and never once came off as pushy. After much deliberation we decided to take the plunge with the X2!After we received the machine in we were introduced to the other awesome person in this story, *****! She helped us get the X2 set up, trained and rolling! We had one small issue with a firmware update in the beginning, but ***** and ***** being the dynamic duo helped us get it sorted out quickly. They have been awesome to work with!I dont care if you are a newbie like us or a seasoned pro, I can promise no one will have better customer service and training than **********************! We are a few months in and this machine is worth every *****! **** and *****, thanks for everything!

Called this company wanting to buy an epson f2100. They scammed and talked me into buying their brand the model-x saying it was way better with new ink technology and very low maintenance. I spent over $25. Long story short, within 2 months the motherboard went out after not being used due to non functioning parts that we had been waiting on from the delivery date. Now that the printer went out without even using it while having to keep up with its high maintenance schedule of shaking the inks every 12 hours they refuse to even answer my calls. I come to find out that the printer is a knock off version of the Ricoh Ri1000 where dtgconnection owners got fired from. You will see they have the Ricoh printer on their website but Ricoh does not even allow them as reseller of the printer. This is very deceptive. DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM THESE GUYS. The printer I received had bent sensors, decals that were falling off, the ink sensors damaged, the nozzles clogged, the heat press damaged, and much more. Everything looked odd and used.
