      On Jun 22, 2020, I purchased an extended warranty for my 2015 ******* Sonata. On Jun 14, 2022, I totaled that vehicle in a weather related accident. The appropriate paperwork was filed with AM Protection on Jun 22, 2022 (sent to *****************************************************). I have called AM Protection and SunPath on multiple occasions in an attempt to retrieve a refund for the unused portion on my warranty in accordance with page F3 of my purchase contract pamphlet.I have had difficulty getting call backs from AM Protection after many messages that I have left. On the last occasion that I made contact they attempted to steer me to Sunpath for the refund. However, ******* has stated that since AM Protection sold me the extended warranty it is their responsibility to issue the refund.I am exhausted with the "passing of the buck" and requesting BBB support to get this contract issue resolved.

      I signed up for a policy with this company. A few hours later did some research and decided to call and cancel. They charged me anyways and continued to charge me for 13 months before I noticed. I contacted them and they said they would refund me my money and never did. And now wont answer my phone calls.

      I received a pre recorded voicemail today Oct 9, 2020 from "*******", she left the phone number of ************, but the call came from ************. I returned the call to the 844 line and it was a credit repair company, I called the 628 number and spoke to a female, she asked some questions about auto warranties on a vehicle I do not even own and transferred me to Floor Supervisor *************************. I also had a call from ************ on October 9, 2020, upon returning that call it led me to ******, he went through the whole auto warranty wordtract too, he quoted me 2 plans, down payment $395 and 18 months at $243.33 and $495 down and 12 months at $356.67. I was transferred to the Supervisor ****, he gave me his number of ************. He also tried to charge my CC for $395 and it came back as Sunpath. He did provide the website of www.am-protection.com I also did receive the warranty booklets from both calls and they both list AM Protection.I have emailed the company and while they read the emails they do not reply.

      On January 21, 2022 I answered a missed phone call from AM Protection. I called back and spoke to *************************. He tried selling me a protection plan, i told him I would look at the policy and make a decision. He told me i had to pay a $195 deposit that could be refunded in 30 days. I gave my info. Less than 6 hours later I called back to get my refund and cancel everything because I decided against it. I was told by a lady in customer service she would process the refund and email me a receipt. She didnt. I was then charged $192.79 on 02/04/22. They created a policy/account for me WHEN I SAID I DIDNT WANT ONE. I literally called them less than 6 hours later to cancel whatever it was he sold me that day. Ive been trying to contact ANYONE that works there and nobody will call me back, or help me get the account closed. I keep getting pushed aside and disregarded, and its unprofessional. I received a contract in the mail for a policy i NEVER agreed to purchase. I agreed to look over a policy (that was supposed to be emailed to me), not purchase one. I want someone from AM Protection to cancel the account they created for me, and refund me my money back. This entire experience has been ridiculous.
