I drove about 45 minutes to get here, had an appointment to fix the back screen of my iPhone, but they said that with the iPhone 8, they don’t replace the back of the phone, they have to replace the whole phone… I am not in the market to buy a new phone and this should also have been said when I scheduled the appointment —because I gave the details of what type of phone it is and what the problem was. Needless to say, I will not be going back here again. I will be looking at other options in order to fix my phone (not apple). Called in to make a complaint with the Apple complaint line, and they said they would take it very seriously, but there was nothing else that they could do… Apple, a three trillion dollar company (!!!), should definitely at least try to rectify things when this sort of thing happens, I wasted almost half a day and a bunch of gas and then they just wanted me to buy a new phone. Ridiculous. I have spent thousands of dollars to make this company rich, as have many others, and there should be some sort of way to get compensation for wasting my time and money.
