On 11/01/2023 we received a phone call from a representative at Practical Prints (Jesse), who informed us we were such great customers that they would be sending us some free items. We did not receive any free items, instead we received toners. We instantly refused service as we were not told we would be receiving these, and then Practical Print billed our credit card $1000. They originally were going to fix the issue, but still have not. Now they will not return our phone calls.Initial Complaint

We have been sent an invoice for a product we did not order. Further research suggests this company is a fraud. We will not be paying for a product that we did not order. We tried to contact the company directly, but they did not answer their phone.
