I purchased two of the Mimosa B11 radios on 4/25/2024 based on the marketing materials and their website information, that specified a 2.4Ghz management radio is built in to the radio to allow for management access of the equipment. This is essential when installing the equipment as it is used for the alignment of the radio while on the tower, which will be several hundred feet high. Upon receiving and testing the equipment I discovered that the 2.4Ghz management radio is NOT built in. This was confirmed by the support team at Mimosa. Their support representative informed me that the 2.4Ghz radio has NOT been built in since 2021. Their marketing material is false advertisement and is misleading as to the true operation of their equipment. They have had plenty of time to have their marketing material and various website references updated.Business response

Input from our customer base is a natural component that feeds into product development, which bundled together with product design, functionality, and all other elements, ultimately determines what type of products we make available to our customers.
The marketing material provided by ******************** is outdated. Please note that our business teams are in the process of rolling out a new website that is expected to launch on or before July 31, 2024. In the meantime, Mimosa is taking steps to update the information for the specific web page ****************** provided so that it aligns with our product data sheet available on the website, which is always up to date.
Mimosa is committed to customer satisfaction. If ******************** has any other uses for the purchased products, we will continue to honor the applicable warranty if any performance issues arise. Alternatively, we are willing to offer ******************** a full refund upon the receipt of the purchased equipment. To return the equipment, ******************** will need to send an email with the subject line "BBBReturn062024" to Mimosa at ***************************** including a PDF of the receipt with the purchase details.
