Purchased flowers today 9/15/2023 at 7 Am this morning and it stated same day delivery. Never received flowers for my wifes 16 year anniversary. No one answers the phone or calls back when leaving voicemail. I would like a refund since they failed to provide a service that I paid for.Initial Complaint

I ordered funeral flowers on August 21 to be deliver on August 24th. Flowers were never delivered. I called **** number and spoke to a gentleman he never asked for an order number. Ordered flowers to be delivered next day, never delivered. No way to speak to anyone regarding delivery, no way to speak to anyone at all unless I pretended I wanted to place an order. I ordered flowers to be delivered same day on 7/22/23, and i placed the order at 8:49 am. I asked them to confirm they would arrive same day and they did confirm, but said they could not guarantee the time. On their terms and conditions it states that all orders before 1pm could be delivered same day, and that the window of same day was 9am-5pm for businesses (which i was requesting a delivery to a business) 5pm comes around and no delivery. I should've come here first and read the reviews, because this is CLEARLY not an isolated incident. I want my money backInitial Complaint

How does the store not have a BBB grade? How is it still allowed to stay open scamming people. Dont trust any photo of flowers on their site. Bought a designer set of flowers on June 6th 2023 with the photo shown for my friend and what was delivered was a bunch of cheap flowers thrown together in a cheap vase. When I complained they asked for measurements and photos and then responded that I got what I paid for and that flowers are expensive. Why is this business not held accountable to their false advertising, misleading photos and descriptions? Why is this fine for a company to do to people over and over and over? I would like a partial refund for the embarrassing flowers that my friend received which I think is fair because they did deliver something (surprisingly based on the other complaints Im seeing although I did have to ping them asking where it was at 5 pm) I also do not understand why this company wants to spend time responding to BBB complaints over and over and over versus just resolving the issues with their actual clients or shocker, just treating people right in the first place but its probably because more than half of them never do anything and so they can s**** the vast majority with no impact. I was horrified by this arrangement and I would like money back.Business response

I ordered a bouquet of flowers that were supped to come in a vase. This order was also supposed to deliver on the same day. Not only did the order not deliver on the same day, it was not what I ordered. Instead, it was a "flower cake" aka cardboard box with flowers stuck to it in the form of a cake.When I contacted them to deliver the purchased product, they told me that I provided the wrong address. This obviously wasn't true because the incorrect product was delivered. Then they went to their terms and conditions and saying I fell out of that. After that, they cut communication and didn't try to resolve the problem. So, I am currently in the process of doing a charge back on my card.Initial Complaint

I purchased flowers this morning for same day delivery, my order status has showed awaiting delivery all day and no flowers have been delivered. There is no way to call anyone to get a status update and the chat and emails linked on their site do not yield results. Also this company appears to impersonate reputable local florists to poach their business - there is a lilies florist physically located in ************, this company tries to appear to be the local reputable florist using different spelling of the same name but the name on the credit card receipt is a generic ***************** Not only has this been a huge pain to deal with, but the flowers I tried to send someone this morning clearly dont exist and its too late to get another florist to deliver them today.Initial Complaint

I put in an order for same day delivery on 5/3 before 1pm. I called and spoke with a woman before 1pm and she ensured me that the flowers will be delivered in a couple hours. No flowers were delivered on 5/3. I spent $72.94 on same day deliver of flowers. I tried calling again at 11:45am on 5/4 and the gentleman said Im not able help and I will leave them a message. This is a scam and I want my money back.Initial Complaint

Order number ***** was ordered on 4/12 for delivery 4/13 because it stated that same day delivery was available. My recipient was home all day and did not receive it. Attempted to call the company many times but did not get anyone, left a message but didnt get a call back. Found this website after attempting to get a hold of someone but seems like many people have had the same issue. This is definitely a scam.
