I purchased an electric scooter from OUTSTORM located in ********** *** on 10-9-22 and Couple weeks using the scooter a major bolt in the suspension came apart. So I reached out to outstorm about replacing the bolt and nut because it was warranty for a year. I received an email saying the would send me out the part but never did. I went to a hardware store and matched the part and replaced it myself. The following week i started experiencing issues with the battery range witch was 30 miles under 55 miles range marketed. I reach out and they sent me another battery. The following week the scooter stop working completely so I reached out again. The agreed to issue a refund except I need to package the scooter in the exact box dimensions as it came. I dont have the original box after 4 months and nowhere in ******* has that box because its a custom box for outstorm. I reach out to let them know and days later no response about moving forward. Im well with in the the year warranty with multiple issues. Also performances issues and now because I cant find the exact box dimensions that no one has. The major shipping companies can get we are at a stand still. I have not her back from the company on moving forward with my full refund. I attached as much correspondence as I could find on my email tread. Some of our communications has been on their online site that I can not access. Maybe they will be willing to provide to you.
