Date: august 10th Personalloans.com The website seemed legitimate. A quick google search and it had good reviews. I stupidly gave my ssn, phone number, home address, bank info, and drivers license number. As soon as I finished the application, it booted me off the site to a random list of links to other financing options. I am terrified of what my information will be used for. I have frozen all account and done whatever else I could to try to protect myself but realize that info is still out there and may come back to haunt me. I'm wondering if there is anything that can be done?

I have been seeking my increase EIDL, my Targeted Advance, and Supplemental Targeted. Since Aug 30th. I have talk to over 50 representative 3 including so call supervisor. The issues was stated that banking info was a saving account but prior to this SBA deposited 11,000 to this account. Ok I sent in banking info on 3 different occasions along with IRS transcript. My issue is important information has been floating around I have documentation of everything I have sent to the SBA and still on Dec 20,2021 I'm ask to send the exact same info. I have reached the Senator whose also been reaching out to SBA. I'm very concerned with why I was still asked for these documents. I was also given info to reach ******** ****** who has not responded to one email sent and I have followed the chain of command. I sent the Senator every document from Sept to now that was sent over and a confirmation email was also sent over. Here we are suffering from covid again yet I haven't received nothing. I'm requesting my funds because I have been approved, submitted all documents, and been extremely patient. I have been told so much the last 90 days and right back at square one. The representative are customer service is horrible. I started sending more information Sept 27, 2021 The exact info I sent in Dec and I'm still being told to wait 5-6 weeks after 90 and I'm done being patient. I'm providing documentation where I was told in Sept that the funding dept and banking info was update because of documentation I had to submit. Which later had me concerned because I was ask again in Oct and the attorney advisor tells me he received and downloaded everything. Then on Dec 20, 2021 I'm ask to send the same info from a Timothy Watson.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/12) */ Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond so we could clear up any confusion associated with SBA.com. Unfortunately, this appears to be a case of mistaken identity. SBA.com is simply an advertiser, we are not in any way associated with SBA.gov or the creditor that processed her loan. SBA.com is not a lender, so we do not approve loan requests or make credit decisions. Furthermore, we do not have any records in our system associated with the consumers name, phone number, email address, or address. It would be helpful if the consumer could provide examples or supporting evidence related the details she highlighted in her complaint since it is not clear how SBA.com is somehow involved in this matter. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This is not the right company. It is SBA.gov not SBA.com. I will not submit documents to this business as this isn't the company Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/01/25) */ Once more, this is clearly a case of mistaken identity. SBA.com is not associated with SBA.gov and cannot help you with EIDL loans. SBA.com is not a lender, it is a privately held company that provides resources for small businesses. The U.S Small Business Administration (SBA.gov) is the federal agency responsible for Economic Injury Disaster Loans, not SBA.com. Please refer to the Small Business Administration for information about your Economic Injury Disaster Loan - www.sba.gov/funding-programs/loans/covid-19-relief-options/eidl Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2022/01/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) BBB has directed me to the wrong company. I will submit to have this looked into because I do not need to reach SBA.com and this has nothing to do with mistaken identity
