The main reason for the complaint is that I took my truck: 1999 Dodge Dakota Sport, 4 cylinder to fix the heating system, and the mechanic told me about the parts that needed to be replaced, and he mentioned that they were the water pump and the thermostat. I told him, if they are necessary, please fix it because I need it.When he called me that my truck was ready, I went to get the vehicle, I trusted that my problem was solved, I paid with confidence and he told me that if something was not right, that I should come back for another inspection, and when he called me a Once again to give me details, my son went to pick up the vehicle, and I spoke to him letting him know that the truck needs the computer.My discontent is that I changed parts that were necessary and I no longer wanted to continue with what the mechanic explained. This is how the matter of the supposed repair of my truck happened.Business response

Customer has not made contact with is. I'm not sure what wrong the vehicle. we did replace the water pump because he was leaking, the pump was no good. customer is more than welcome to bring the vehicle back so we can take a look at what the problem is.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:1. My truck didn't have any issues of over heat.
2. The mechanic explained me that what was the problem in the vehicle.
3. I don't have the resources to pay more than $900.00 dollars to fix it.
If is possible, I would like to have my money back please. $355.35
