i contacted this company via email and was replied to on january 15th about bad boxes (4) of ginger tea. The bags were not sealed properly and came out with use.. I received an automatic blow off email stating that world pantry handles the commerce division. They didn't ask me where i purchased, just a blow off email. The email statesthat ******* from Traditional medicinals contacted their team on my behalf.I didn't receive any messages since and when I replied to the original message, traditional medicinals ignored me too i just want replacements for the tea i don't see how that should be so difficult.thank oyuInitial Complaint
