We hired this company to resolve our tax Matters as they had advertised on ****** They had set a direct withdrawal from my account .They collected funds from me until my contract expired. We revoked our Power of Attorney with the *** and suspended this case on 09/08/2022 for breach of contract. As per the signed contract, he agreed to provide us with all information and documents required for his case. After numerous requests made by our company since 05/05/2020, he still failed to provide us with the information we needed to complete his case. On 10/17/2022, after the case was suspended, he contacted our office and we informed him we would re-open the case and move forward if he can provide the missing information/documents. The same day, we sent him a follow up email outlining the items that were missing. He responded and confirmed receipt of this email. To date, we have not received the required items from this client and his case remains suspended.

I reached out to this company to help me with back taxes back in October. Around the same time I have a traumatic injury that required surgery and I was off work for months. Just went back in March. The person that contacted me ******************* who now identifies as the supervisor/manager/CFO/owner has been taking money out of my bank account without telling me and has not produced a single piece of evidence of progress on my account. I specifically asked him not to take any more money out of my account without prior knowledge and until I have notified him that I am back at work. He did it again to day 3 separate times and now he will not answer the phone.

This client hired us on 05/04/2020 to prepare 3 tax returns and set up resolution on his IRS balances. After many failed attempts to collect information required to prepare the missing tax returns, the case was suspended on 10/17/2022 for non-compliance. We allowed more than 2 years to provide the missing information that is generally required to be submitted in 30 days. As we've explained to ******************** on several occasions, we cannot keep a case open indefinitely with a ***** of ******** on file. He failed to provide the required information to file the missing tax returns. His account was never in filing compliance, therefor, we were not able to set up resolution on his balances. The last form of communication received from his was on 10/18/2022. we explained to him that the case was on hold and we were willing to re-open the case and move forward if he provided the required information. To date, our office has not received the missing information needed to move forward with resolution on his case.

I paid this company almost $5000 for assistance with an offer and compromise from the **** I hired them because I was audited in 2020 for my 2018 taxes. Due to relocating across the country and losing receipts. I was unable to provide the *** with proof for resolution. I hired the tax advocates to do for me that I couldn't do for myself. They have since turned around and said I need to provide them with documents that I told them I didn't have in the beginning. There has been little to no communication, and I was contacted on 9/1/2023 to be told my case was closed which was news to me. Lastly the attitude in which the lady gave me during her "courtesy" call was rude and dismissive. They didn't speak to me in that tone before I paid them in full. This business is a scam because I've gone this process before with a different company and they resolved my issues.

We charged this client a fee of $2900 (not $5000) to set them up on a resolution with the *** for balances resulting from an audit. We were able to get a portion of the penalties removed from the tax debt and set up an affordable installment agreement for the remaining amount. We were never retained to handle audit reconsideration for any tax years because she informed us from the very beginning that she was not able to gather the required documents necessary to review for an audit. We have explained this to her multiple times and during our final conversation, she insisted that we contact her previous employers and businesses she frequented to gather receipts on her behalf. We explained to her that our ***** of ******** allows us to represent her with the ***, not outside parties. We're sorry you are not satisfied with the services we provided, and we did our best to set realistic expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund at this time because the services we were contracted for were completed.

I hire them to help me with out back taxes. They had me take out a loan for $3,200 . Iam paying them $170 a month. First of all I try caling them no answer and text them no return.. this went on for months. Couple of months I try to find out what was going on. Then I get a text saying they are done and I owe $8,000 more than I owe before. They told me they got IRS to put me on a hold but still paying interest and penalty. This is not the first time this has happened. Please have this person re check there information, with draw the complaint against us & refile under the correct company. Thanks

Company filed my XXXX XXXX and 2020 tax returns. Gave me a balance that was owed to the IRS. I paid it and 0 the balance with the IRS. Several months later I get a letter from the IRS claiming I owe another balance from 2019. The company called once and said they would call back about the mistake and have failed to respond. The company actually blocked me on Facebook because I sent a complaint in messenger. Because no one would respond to me.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/09/28) */ This client's tax returns were prepared and the case was successfully completed. The client expressed interest in paying off the IRS balance in full back in March. We contacted the IRS and obtained a current pay off amount. We informed the client of the pay off amount as of that date. We cannot give pay off amounts on balances not posted yet. The additional balance due letter the client received in August was a result of a return that was newly posted. When he spoke with one of out Case Managers, she informed him that the return had just posted and the balance due needed to be paid. Our company does not even have a Facebook page. We have not blocked him on any other platform.
