I ordered 2 vanities and had trouble with the shipper. They improperly repacked the pallet and lost 2 sinks. I called Bathroom experts and ***** took care of me immediately. Great company and the ***** ****** vanities are beautiful!Review from Yvette B

I did a lot of research and this was the best value. ***** was great, I was rather demanding and he made sure everything went smoothly. Rest assured, if you have any issues he will make sure to address and resolve timely. Best value, best customer service. This was my 2nd vanity purchase from them and I'm completely satisfied. I found a *********************** vanity at a local store here on the **********. When I went back to measure if our plumbing would work and to buy the product, they told me it was discontinued and they could no longer get it. I started searching online and found Bathroom vanity experts online. I called at 6 PM Eastern time on a Sunday and ***** received the call and asked us to send drawings of our plumbing to see if it would work. ***** got back to us the next day with some drawings on what he felt we could do. He did advise he could sell me just the sink top which we ended up doing and we are making our own cabinet. I was very hesitant to order online, but ***** Provided wonderful customer service through the process. The sink top was shipped yesterday and I received it already today in perfect condition. I would recommend anyone by products from bathroom vanity expert. I will for sure be at continued customer. Thank you *****.Review from Tee W

I chose bath vanity experts online because they had the vanity I was looking for. The customer service was amazing! I had the good fortune to speak to the owner when I called with questions. He made everything seamless. He even took my call on his cell when the vanity arrived. He walked me through the process of receiving. My vanity arrived in beautiful condition. Next level customer support! I cannot speak more favorably about the extraordinary, above and beyond customer service ***** provided from start to finish. He assisted us with working virtually with our builder to determine if the *********************** vanity we selected would be compatible with unconventional plumbing protruding from the concrete floor. He walked us through a complicated delivery situation and followed through completely to very swiftly send a replacement cabinet for the original which was likely damaged in the country of origin. He made a difficult situation seemless and painless which was greatly appreciated as we continue to recover from the devastation to our home from Hurricane ***. We are on EST; he, West Coast. Yet no matter the time of day or night, he was always available to take my texts or calls. We will be ordering all of our vanities from Vanity Experts and have shared the referral to others. **************** at it's finest. We are grateful. Well done!Review from Andrea E

Excellent service!! ***** was extremely helpful and he made me feel like a valued customer. My vanity was delivered on schedule and unscathed. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for great product, pricing and service.
