I purchased the sommerset X matrix keyboard on 09/23/23 and I received a notification on the 25th saying a shipping label had been created. And that is should arrive on 09/29. I never received the package and when I check the shipping status it still says a shipping label has been created and your package should arrive on the 29th. As of this writing this was days ago and the only way to contact them is emailing them and I got a reply saying they will get back to me soon but they never contacted me back.Initial Complaint

Purchased the item a week ago with delivery date of Thursday Sept 21st, nothing. Emailed them multiple times, nothing, tracking info still says pre label in cali.. i live in Arizona, the item should be here already based on what they have on their website. No communication, no out of stock info.. nothing complete silence from this companyInitial Complaint

We purchased a keyboard for my son for his birthday. We paid approximatelly $100 for the keyboard. After receiving the item we quickly realized that one of the keys was not functioning. We immediately tried contacting the company and followed their instructions for receiving a refund. We got no response. I followed up with several more e-mails and we have yet to receive a response from the company.Initial Complaint

I was excited to receive this product but this company has absolutely zero customer service. I should’ve checked before I ordered, but the only way to contact this company is via an email address, that they DO NOT respond with. I made the mistake of entering the wrong shipping address when I placed my order on 09/11/2022 and immediately looked for a way to contact them. I sent an email and an automatic response was sent back saying I would receive a response within 24-48 hours and that “If you have any other requests, we will promptly respond and give you assistance!”. I let that time pass and still no email. All of this was done before a label was even created for the product. It was still processing and I couldn’t edit it or cancel the order. I even went as far as to contact them via social media, and received no response. I received notification that a label was created, sent an email, no response. The package was shipped. No response. I finally just got in contact with the shipping company, UPS, and paid extra to have it rerouted mid-ship. I requested a refund via email because I honestly didn’t think I’d receive anything, but UPS was able to send it to the correct address. The least this company could do is give me a credit or some kind of reimbursement for the extra funds I had to spend because their behinds didn’t want to respond to their email. Product looks nice, but I wouldn’t recommend or buy from them again.
