I've been a loyal customer of LBL for several years, having spent thousands of dollars on their products and services. Unfortunately, I must express my recent dissatisfaction with their substandard service. In the past, I've always appreciated their efficiency and professionalism. However, my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory. Tasks that should have taken a matter of hours or a few days have inexplicably stretched into weeks, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. What's more disheartening is the company's disregard for the Commercial Code, especially concerning parts warranties. Despite the clear provisions in the code, LBL fails to back up their warranty commitments, specifically in reimbursing for the labor charges associated with faulty part installations. I recently had to deal with a situation where faulty parts were installed, and despite the warranty coverage, I was not reimbursed for the labor charges. This not only contradicts the Commercial Code but also raises serious questions about the company's commitment to fair business practices. As a long-time customer, I expected better from LBL. It's disappointing to witness such a decline in service quality and a lack of adherence to industry standards. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers and a wake-up call for LBL to reevaluate their customer service practices.
