On 12/26/2023 we ordered headlights using **** for our 2011 Cadillac SRX using part numbers and an **** link as instructed by our auto repair shop. Order number **************. The cost was $726.48.On 12/28/2023 the headlights were shipped ***** from *****************, Zimode, ***** ***************************************************************************************** to our home address.Upon receipt, we took the unopened boxes containing headlights to our auto repair shop for installation. The auto repair shop informed us the headlights were not the correct ones for the car. This was the repair shops error.We contacted Zimode, **** On Feb. 20 to inform them we needed to ship the headlights back because of an incorrect part number, which was not their fault.On Feb. 22 we shipped 2 boxes containing the headlights back to Zimode, **** Via ***** at our own expense, costing $303.88 On Feb. 28 one box was received and on Feb. 29 the 2nd box was received at the Zimode, **** location.On March 5, 2024 we phoned Zimode, **** and left a message with call back number. We received no call back.On March 7, 2024 we were able to speak to ***************** at Zimode, **** to request reimbursement of the cost of the headlights, $726.48.***************** confirmed the headlights were received back to Zimode, **** Zimode, **** Refuses to reimburse us and we were told by ***************** to seek reimbursement from ****.We believe Zimode, ***** who is now in possession of the headlights owes us the full reimbursement, not ****.Help!
