We hired J&M keystone to repair water damage to our kitchen which occurred 6/20/22. This was an insurance claim and J&M Keystone was an authorized contractor. Our Complaint:We have been waiting over 17 months to fix our squeaky laminate floor. The flooring was installed by Carpeteria (subcontractor hired by ***) in Feb 2023. There is a lack of communication from J&M to provide reports from inspections, with ongoing excuses that J&M has stated they have no control over expediting inspection reports from Carpeteria or the flooring manufacturer, or taking any responsibility for poor workmanship. We are told by J&M not to question workers on the job site, but details regarding scope of repairs is not being made available for our review prior to work being done, resulting in damages by J&M workers, therefore causing unnecessary rework to be done. There has been multiple scheduling delays. My son has (who lives at the property) has suffered lost wages that have occurred from taking time off from work and then last minute the schedule is changed or nothing is done because of poor communication by the project manager or the contractors are a no show.Since ******************************** have already been paid, we feel we are no longer a priority for them and there is no urgency to fix this flooring issue. All they seem to be doing is running out the clock on the warranty, then they are off the hook to fix the floor.An inspection was done on May 23, 2024 by the Flooring Manufacturer. We are still waiting for that report. This is the last email reply from J&M:This report is not being done by anybody that J&M Keystone hired or works for, I have no control over getting the report done.Again, Theres no urgency from J&M to resolve this matter!Initial Complaint

They are claiming to have performed a carpet cleaning service 4/28/23 to an old place that was vacant. I did not sign the invoice. The address is also incorrect on the invoice. If this service was actually done, why wasn't this invoice sent after the service was done and not nearly a year later?I just started getting calls from this business this month. I have had 2 calls and then 1 invoice that was sent 3/14/24. It just is all around sketchy and they are threatening and harrassing me. This is an unprofessional business.
