      This business is 100% a scam, I thought I was alone but after reading the countless complaints on here and elsewhere it seems this "business" takes large orders and either doesn't ship the items requested or will only send a partial amount.This is exactly what happened to me. I made an order totalling 751 dollars, they shipped me less than 200 dollar worth of product. On top of that they sent the invoice which clearly listed the items that they checked off on (the ones I received) and over 70% of the order was not checked which in turn was not shipped at all. I contacted ********************* via email about this and he confirmed that it was a "mistake" from one of their "new pickers". He went so far as to claim the employee didn't know the invoice was double sided. Funnily enough the invoice was signed off by ***** which is most definitely not a new employee. I made my order back in May of 2021. **** told me that they would ship out the rest of the order but that has not happened. And I assure you I gave them ample time to fix their mistakes. If you are planning on ordering from these crooks, I would think twice.

      I apologize that this was not resolved for you in a timely manner. I have your order information pulled up, and am contacting you via email to issue you a refund for the items that were not shipped to you. This was truly a mishap on our part and for that I apologize. We ship thousands of orders every year, and like many other companies COVID was a difficult time for us keeping employees. Though its not an excuse we want to make it right and resolve the issue. Please keep an eye out for an email regarding the refund.

      I'm writing this complaint mostly to warn others from possible scam activity.I ordered from this business on September 15, for relatively large order.until this Day December 5, They did not send the order - way past their quoted order processing time.also I can't get any response from them for shipping time or anything else.I'm not worried about the money because I received a message from PayPal that they will refund me for all of the order sum after the business did not even respond to their request. But since I needed the items in that order for a project, it delayed me for over 2 months - so my wasted time is not coming back for sure.I think that their business practices are at very least bad if not fraudulent.

      My issue is the only way I could talk with the business is through you after they said they can't ship it to my location.

      They did not respond to any further messages from me or even PayPal. I think that if I need to contact you for a response from the business this is bad conduct.
