      For over a year now I have sent emails to address the issues with reference to the app Hallmark Movies Now and her problems. They charge you $5.99 a month and the app is screwed up. You can't clear anything out so it just builds up, any series you want to watch is not in a sequence play most of the time it's under movies and you can't figure out which is the first one in which is the last one to watch. The app is extremely slow when loading, when you do want to watch a series it hasn't been updated for almost 2 years and the movies they show are just as old. I have address the concerns about the app problems but nobody's done anything.

      On Dec ** 2021 I signed up for ******** ********* free trial ************ with a ****** payment as a Christmas gift for my wife. I got her signed into the sight and she reviewed the content and said much of the content was the same as last year to please cancel. So I signed onto the ********* Dec *** 2021 and the only option was to cancel recurring payments. I did this but still saw the charge on my card. After a time when I did not see a credit I contacted support via the support website asking to cancel my subscription. On Dec *** 2021 I got a reply telling me I could cancel via my account at the ***** site. I revisited the site and found that I had no subscriptions to cancel and a note that said my recurring payment had been canceled. When I relayed the information to HMnow support on Dec *** 2021 they responded on Dec *** 2021 that their policy was to not do prorated refunds. I do not want a prorated refund but a complete refund. Thank You

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/01/04) */ This issue has been resolved. The company did issue a full refund after I contacted them again.
