On September 10, 2022 I was incorrectly charged for my order. This business is charging more than their listed price without disclosing such to customers before ordering. The menus provided listed a lower price than what I was charged. I had to pay an estimated 20% more than expected. I also did not receive an itemized receipt. When I asked for one the server rolled her eyes and scoffed. I asked for an updated price that reflects what is listed on their menus and I was turned away and told to deal with it. I asked for a price adjustment and was rudely declined and ignored. To settle this unsatisfactory and illegal business practice I am requesting full compensation for my order. According to California Code, Business and Professions Code - BPC § XXXXX.2 (a) It is unlawful for any person, at the time of sale of a commodity, to do any of the following: (1) Charge an amount greater than the price, or to compute an amount greater than a true extension of a price per unit, that is then advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted for that commodity.
