On approximately 9/28/23 we purchased a remanufactured engine for a dodge challenger that was supposed to have a 90 day warranty. During that timeframe we had issues with the engine and tried to contact them, via ************, telephone and email. They refused to work with ************, even though the warranty didn't specify any specific mechanics shop or anything more than it required a certified mechanic to work on the engine. We tried to ask for help on diagnosing the problem with what they sold us but they refused to speak with ************ and said we would have to drive the engine back down to So Cal to them. That's 6 hours from home and we had no way to transport it. Nothing was ever resolved and we ended up taking the car and engine to ********** that has worked on our vehicles and the staff at Price tried to contact them several times and they promised to have their mechanic reach back out, but no one ever did call or return emails. We believe they sold us a faulty engine and gave us the run around and made excuses on purpose to invalidate the warranty.
