      Hi, I have had the same Yahoo Mail account since 2008. Each time I got a new phone I had no trouble using the mail on my phone. Now an error shows up asking me to sign in. I cannot log in because the email address for the verification code is no longer existent. I used the sign in helper, and it said there is a problem and said try again later after selecting log in another way. I have my password. Also, I cannot log into my computer or another way. I called multiple numbers for help, and they said because I am in ****** they cannot help. The website for World Yahoo for ****** only has information to troubleshoot. No contact number. I also cannot sign up for premium because I cannot get into my email to sign up. I really need help accessing my account. I am out of options.

      I have NEVER EVER dealt with such a horrible company, ******** customer service. Had ********************** for over 25+ years (think dialup and paid by the minute after the first 30 minutes). Locked out of email. They 'cannot' reset it as my brother initially set it up. He is dead. They want - Name of his attorney, copy of will. Need trust stating I have legal authority of estate and a host of other nonsense. I calmly explained my brother died penniless, on ********, had no will, no trust, had nothing. They refused to help as I had no documentation. All I have is a copy of his death certificate. I gave the *** every bit of info on this account. Contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, etc; that I had on this account. Even the emails I sent myself with information i needed to retain. Nothing, nada. NO HELP AT ALL. All my information for billing, contacts, companies is gone since they won't help! If I could I would give this company a NEGATIVE 100 rating.

      After having AOL for over 30 years, someone hacked into my account and stole my identity. They locked me out of my AOL account over three weeks ago and I have yet to be able to get back into my account. My ********************** mail account has been hijacked and it is like pulling teeth to try and speak with someone about this. I have submitted identification verification, and every time it denies me. I dont know if its because the Florida drivers license codes on the back dont and have never worked properly even at the airport. But it was easy enough for someone to steal my AOL account but very difficult for me to get it back! I was going to open up a yahoo mail until I found out they were connected. AOL needs to realize that when someone hacks into your email, they can do massive damage! I am even considering personally going to their headquarters in ******** to show them. I am who I say I am. It should not take that extreme action to recover my own email that Ive had for more than 30 years! This company makes it so difficult to speak with anyone and then when they call you back, you dont know if its really them or not. You dont know who to trust! AOL sucks!

      I am locked out of an email account I have had for over 25 years, and they are happy to help me if I provide a scan of my drivers license and sign up for their premium service. I did not forget my password. They simply hijacked my account to force me to pay for them to "look at my account" and unlock it.This should type of business practice should be illegal. I have many other online accounts that are verified through this AOL email account.

      The phone number on file is an outdated phone number. I was told I could send in a photo of my DL to verify my ID but I had to wait 3 days. After waiting 3 days now Im told there is nothing I can do to verify my ID.

      i started calling *** since September 21st regarding lack of receiving my emails. Have had them for at least 10 years free as they offer. I have placed 7 calls, right up to corporate, spoken with a bunch of technicians, advised to start paying the amount of $16.35 and it would resolve my problem. So I did - Their final resolution would be to contact my contacts and ask them to reregister. Still did not receive my Email. So I requested cancellation of service from them on September 26th, and to stop taking the $16.35 from my account. However, on October 25 they have taken another $16.35 from my account. They had given me a confirmation number of ****** on October 3rd, which meant they would stop taking money, however they are still deducting $16.35 from my bank. I want their services cancelled as requested on numerous times. I am with Yahoo. as explained to them, to no avail. Thank you

      I didnt get to file my complaint against Yahoo and get my email back Ive had for over fifty years! I need help to do this! Ive called three times and every time I get a different person and different excuse! It is my email not theirs!

      I've had my Yahoo email account for decades I recently had to get a new phone so they blocked my login only way to recover is a phone number that I no longer have with no options but the number. I can't even use recovering email account just the old number! When I finally got other option it was too call and get a premium account with a monthly charge. Seems like ******* wants Yahoo to make money by blocking accounts from logging in and force people to purchase a premium fee.

      Locked out of my email account that I have had for over 15 years now. Even with 2-Factor Verification, I still cannot get the code sent to my other email address so I can get into the Yahoo account that I am currently locked out of. The code never sends no matter how many times I try to send it so I can get into my locked account. I don't think a business should ever charge their customers to access/recover their account! Very disappointed as this email had many important documents that I need.

      I do not appreciate all the negative articles that have been posted about ****** ***** on your Yahoo News website throughout this election campaign. It seems that Yahoo goes out of its way to gather the most negative articles from Vanity Fair, Salon, Politico, ****************, Benzinga, **** Post, etc..., and any obscure websites that are looking to make a name for themselves by denigrating ****** *****. If ****** ***** wins, and I hope that he does. these same websites will continue to denigrate ****** ***** on your Yahoo News website because there is no other way they can draw attention to themselves.
