I purchased one of their products in good faith, thinking that there would be technical support. This is crucial because there is a lot of technical nomenclature surrounding this product that is not easily understood even by a very tech savvy individual. The website that is supposed to be the "step by step" instructions is very confusing. One of the first things this webpage says after you've spent $55 on one of their products, is that you need to buy another $55 product to have as a spare. I think that is very deceptive. Regardless, I consider myself to be rather tech savvy. I work in the IT industry. But their website just seems to be a mishmash of unrelated information.I called the number for the company and they flat out said they don't offer phone support and if you aren't calling about sales do not leave a message. Talk about rude. The only support they offer is by email and that support has left a lot to be desired. There is no way that you can troubleshoot this kind of technology over an email volley that is many hours between each email. There are just too many questions. The bottom line is that this company does not seem to care about its customers. I really feel like I've been led down the garden path.Initial Complaint

I placed a order for 2 yubi key nano devices order #XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX, and was provided tracking via USPS: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX when I received the package, the yubi keys were *NOT* in the box. I paid for a product, but did NOT receive it.
