Linkedin is an open platform for professionals, yet there migh be despotic clauses in their user agreement and policies. Without conducting any defraud or sending junk information, my account suddenly got banned without any notice or warning. The so-called ***** team responded my email with quite a frustrating and upsetting attitude, insisting that I have violated the policies, but wihout telling me which rule I break, I cannot find out the reason and fix it. I didn't even get a chance.. The only negotiation they have with me is to brashly inform me of my account's permanent restriction. They also told me via email that there were multiple warnings sent to my account, and I "ignored" them and kept violating their policies. However, I never recieved any warning from whether their official email address or Linkedin messenger.Also, though with the kind help of the linkedin customer sevice guy, I submit a case ticket. Yet the case status is CLOSED at the very first time, which means they might never give their users a single chance to retrieve their account - a sheer power abuse and lack of sense of responsibility.Initial Complaint

I was billed $39.99 for LinkedIn Learning that I did not want and now apple refuses to remove this charge. I have LinkedIn Learning free with the ************************* card I hold. I should not have been billed.Initial Complaint

Hello, BBB, thanks for giving me this opportunity to file a complaint against LinkedIn Corporation. On October 22, my account showed that my Linkedin account has been permanently restricted by ********. And ******** did not give me any specific reason. I did not use any illegal tools when using my ******** account. I did not violate the ******** account use policy. In addition, all the information I provided is true and can be verified. All the photos I posted on Linkedln are my own. This account is very important to me. I use this account for work. I have used this account for 2 years. My work really depends on it. I really hope that BBB can help me solve this problem and get my Linkedln account back. Thank you very much!Initial Complaint

I am having serious issues accessing my LinkedIn account *********************** After trying to reset my password, I can't receive verification codes because I no longer have access to my previous device. The alternative verification process requiring passport/ID upload either fails or doesn't verify. This endless loop is extremely frustrating, and I'm concerned about my account security. **********************'s account recovery system is poorly designed and unnecessarily complicated.Initial Complaint

Hi, I'm using my linkedin profile for more than 10 years now for my business I have a business page linked to the same profile last May someone hacked my account using mandarin language and i successfully recovered it then LinkedIn restricted my account i tried to contact them through their help section and ******* help account with no help at all, they keep answering with restriction is permanent.I have a profile with more than 1200 connections and business page with more than 1k follower I even tried to ask them to give my employees access to that page and they kept ignoring me.Please help meInitial Complaint

yesterday I could log in to my Linkedln normally, but today my account suddenly showed that the number of logins had reached the limit, I am confused about this, and I can't log in even if I reuse my email password,I have complained, but it still shows that the temperature account is limited, I think my account does not meet the regulations, I need to be able to log in my account normally, please help solve my problem, thank you very much.
