      I had to prove my identity by submitting my Oregon state Drivers License. I am fine with this and I understand the need to verify identity to prevent ********** is my issue - After gaining access to my account, I completed my profile and includes that I am gay man. I have since been locked out of my account with no way to regain access.a) I can not contact LinkedIn for support because I cannot log into my account.b) I can not verify my identity again, because that has already been done.c) I cannot access customer support without logging in, but I cannot log in. I have no way to fix my account, and no way to get help to fix my account. the timing of the start of this problem is causing my to be suspicious. DO BETTER!!!!

      Price listed for annual plan will be higher than what is listed online. Cost is actually about the same as taking a ***************** class, which would look better when applying for jobs. If you try to cancel within the 7 day cancel window they won't let you. Several weeks of not being able to reach customer service "Notice Due to high support volume, it may take longer than usual to hear back from our Support Agents." Link for **************** when refund doesn't work, won't go through. Just tried the contact number BBB listed and it is not a valid number. Charge on credit card didn't list the phone number.

      LinkedIn's customer support is lacking effort and is not helping at all. I have opend a case 2 months ago and again 1 month ago and raised the issue that en Ex-Employee that left our company in December 2023 and is still showing as employed with us. We constantly receive calls trying to reach him. Both cases are closed WITHOUT LinkedIn taking ANY actions.

      They violated my provacy multiple times and has me go as far as to get a notarized letter to veryify my identy in order to reactivate my account which was deactivated for no reason at all. After I provided the notarized document, they reactivated my account only to deactivate it the next day, falsely claiming that they sent me muktiple warnings (which they never did) and that I violated user agreement (which never happened).

      This company is unbelievable. They used my email, name, picture from ****** account and created a linked in account without my permission several times now. You cannot contact them without creating an account. They close it and then it appears again. How are they still allowed to be in business is beyond me. This is a huge breach of privacy and nobody is doing anything about it.

      The people who work at LinkedIn must be all incompetent! I am serious!!! . My LinkedIn account, which I had maintained for over 20 years, was lost due to an inactive email address, and I have since encountered significant issues in attempting to restore my presence on your platform.A week ago, I created a new account using the default Gmail address provided by LinkedIn and added my current business email, However, my new account was promptly restricted, and I have been unable to access it since. Each attempt to log in results in an immediate automatic logout. When I try to verify my identity through the phone number, I receive an error message stating, session expired or invalid. Additionally, the Verify Your Identity option through the ** code fails to work on my iPhone.Yesterday, I took the additional step of visiting my attorneys office to have an ID verification form notarized as requested by LinkedIn. However, I was then informed that you do not accept attachments, despite this being the method indicated in your instructions. This conflicting information has caused considerable delays and confusion.I am currently in the middle of an important business campaign, and the inability to access my account is severely impacting my professional communications. Multiple clients and colleagues have reached out, unable to find my profile, which is affecting my reputation and business relationships.I request that LinkedIn take immediate action to resolve this issue. I need clear, precise instructions on how to verify my identity and regain access to my account without further delays. The continued lack of resolution is unacceptable. These people I guess all just in the duty of taking paycheck to paycheck, not seriously trying to help resolve issues.

      I was just charged ****** for a job ad that I put in for ***** a day, 90% of the responses were almost the same and seemed AI generated and all international for a local position, this is a pure scam and they are gaming the system on eating up fraudulent applicants to your post and charging a very high price for spam.
