      3-4 months to get one ********* still waiting, then my car has another problem due to the first one they didnt fix. While other dealerships were baffled they didnt call locally for the part because they were able to get the part within three days. I was doing ****** job by calling local dealers. ****** did say it will take a month & after that passed no follow up. Called many times & asked ****** to call around locally & he never did. This dealership that had me pay 340 diagnostic & decided to order the part from detriot (warehouse) why I dont know. Four months goes by still waiting, now my car stalled on the freeway, I took it in the next day & all of sudden ****** has all my parts ready because of another car came in for the same problem. Granted Ive been waiting for months & didn't receive any call about ****** having all my parts. Im still dealing with corporate and they dont have any sympathy for their customers. Be careful, this place is full of scammers. Now my bill doubles & had the nerve to ask my to pay another diagnostic. I really do hate this place.

      We have been using Paradise for service on our small fleet of 2021 Colorado's for some time now without issue. However after one of our trucks was damaged, we scheduled the repair at Paradise body shop. Once completed, went to pick up the truck only to find new damage to it. A deep scratch and chipped paint, crooked trim as well as some small dents. They never apologized, which is not necessary for me, just make it right. We have now gone to pick up the truck 3 times, each time discovering poor workmanship and a complete lack of quality control, tape lines, overspray etc. this last time, the director Michelle actually denied there was an issue and Jesse who is listed as an estimator said its just a work truck, what's the big deal. And that is clearly the problem there. Do they actually have different (lower) standards for work vehicles, I think we can be certain they aren't charging less. Needless to say they have lost our business. We expected more from a dealership. All this and terrible communication. As of today, they still have our truck and have had it since 6/1/2022. If they would like to make things right, they should contact me, not the other way around.

      Wish I could give this a 0 star. Fortunately for me I did not do buisness with this dealership. I am in the market for a Silverado ZR2 and was reffered to a sales agent Tyler. He proceeded to advice me that the dealership at Paradise has a mark up "Price Adjustment" of 5000 dollars on this vehicle. I proceeded to explaining to him that Chevy CEO had released a letter condoning this price gouging strategy and that any dealers found to be doing this would potentially loose their license. He challanged me to report all other dealers and told me that their are plenty of other ZR2 customers. PEOPLE! DONT FALL TO THIS YOU SHOULDNT NEED TO PAY "PRICE ADJUSTMENTS" simply because dealers want more money!
