      They scammed me for money. And declined a refund 15 min after purchasing by accident. Useless app with zero benefits. They didnt provide refund policy and acting in disrespectful manner.

      I signed up for this app and was notified of the "one time fee" and that I would never have to pay again. I was then recently charged $66.65 without any notification that I was going to be charged. I reached out to the company only to be told they don't provide refunds. I didn't authorize this charge and at the very least believe that if they are going to charge you after telling you there is only a time fee then they need to notify you to give you the opportunity to cancel if you need to. I also want my card information removed and my account deleted. I have read a few reviews that state this company continues to charge after you request cancelation and deletion of your account.

      I requested my subscription cancelled on 8/6/24 after they took my money a day early - my renewal date according to my receipt was 8/7/24 - so when they took my money early on 8/6 I requested my subscription to be cancelled and my money back. Well they cancelled my subscription eff 9/7 - they didn't want to give me my money back - so I have emailed them several times because quite honestly I didn't realize it was an auto subscription - they refuse to give me my money back saying the email receipt said it was auto subscription - I look at my receipt and it also says my renewal date was 8/7 - I cancelled it before the renewal date and they took the money anyway and will not give it back and now they are ignoring me totally - the company is a scam

      Hello,I never agreed to sign up for a paid membership for the Walkfit app.. This is a fraudulent company with unscrupulous business practices. Their app does not allow you to cancel the subscription and requests to customer service to cancel are disregarded. Instead, the company is offering an annual membership. I am seeking the BBBs assistance in getting a refund so that funds are credited to my account in the amount of $38.95 and requested that cease all billing. **************** refused my request for a refund and then offered a paid annual membership . When I sought to have my membership cancelled, customer service refused. Please demand that they cancel my membership and credit my account in the amount pf $38.95. Thanks

      I downloaded the app reading that they had a 30-day money back guarantee. Within 1 hour, I realized that the app was not syncing with my watch and in order for this app to work I need my phone on me to walk. I don't walk with my phone, so I deleted the app and requested my money back. They have told me I don't qualify for a refund, and I should read their disclaimers. I feel like this qualifies under their "The technical issues may include material crashes, failure to launch, non-clickability of buttons, and other issues, which render your use of the Purchase impossible." clause in their refunds. This is "other issues" that makes their app unusable for me. It seems like such a disservice to put in big bold letters 30 day guarantee when you are buying their product to not stand by it.

      The company automatically renewed a fitness program for 3 months that I do not believe I authorized. I originally authorized only a one time payment for a trial 3 month membership. There was no communication that a charge would be made to my bank account or debit card.

      Paid roughly $15 for one month of WalkFit app. Cancelled my subscription one day prior to the renewal date. I was unsure if I had cancelled properly so I contacted their customer service and was assured I had indeed cancelled and would not incur any further charges. I have this conversation via email. Two days later, a charge for $38.95 showed up on my credit card account. I emailed to let them know and to request a refund for it (email is the ONLY contact they will provide). They have refused repeatedly to issue a refund stating that they only refund if the app doesn't work. I explained that it was a charge made in error by them. As I have been going back and forth with them, I have done more research and see that they have scammed many more people. This is truly stealing. I just want a refund for what they erroneously charged me.

      I have tried to cancel this subscription and they have made it impossible for me to do this. When I go on the app to cancel it sends me to another site and I still can't cancel there. When I contacted them, the link they sent me to cancel did not work. I have sent them three emails and they refuse to honor my request. Instead they have tried to rope me into more problems.
