We came here to buy a Tesla Model 3. We talked to *****, who was actually a nice guy and took all of our information and paperwork from us. ***** said that they will put this vehicle on hold for us until they get the check from Valley-CAN. But I never recieved a call. I called Valley-CAN myself to ask how long it would take to deliver the check to them, however, I was shocked to realize they never even recieved my information. So I then tried to call *****, but he wasn't there. So I talked to his manager, ****, and he said they didn't approve yet. But that was a total lie because later on I met him again 3 days later, and he revealed the real reason, which was that he simply doesn't want to work with Valley-CAN because he doesn't want to put the car on hold for 5 to 6 weeks. Because of this lack of professionalism, I lost a deal to another dealership because I had already told them I bought from Tracy **********. If they didn't want to work with me and Valley-CAN, why did they take down my information. I don't understand why **** had to waste my time and lie about everything, as he could've simply told me he doesn't want to work with Valley-CAN in the first place. They wasted 1 week of our time and this is especially infuriating because I only have 1 month to use the Valley-CAN and pick a car. **** stated that he can do Valley-CAN with new vehicles but not with used vehicles, which doesn't make any sense. At the end of the day, don't go here at all. Made me miss out on a good deal with another dealership. I am so glad I called Valley-CAN myself, because I am 100% sure they would've never called me to let me know about this and I would have wasted even more of my time. Sales Manager **** is the biggest liar I've ever met. Don't waste your time here. Anyway, I had a terrible experience here and a lot of time and effort was wasted here. Never go here, and definitely don't work with ****. Terrible Sales Manager. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would.Review from Ramiro R

Horrible dealership. We drove almost two hours with the hopes of financing a 2023 Camry listed online at the price of $24,488. Once at the dealership, the car was listed at $26,897. We asked management if they could price match and they said no. Additionally, the manager stated that they purposefully list slow selling vehicles for cheaper online to attract customers into the lot and theyll actually have the vehicle at full price in person. WHAT A SCAM. They tried to use the excuse that they paid a company to wrap the seats in red leather to convince us into the price. Management is a literal joke.Review from Shauna C

Bought used 2022 CRV from them. I was assured the car had an audible backup system. After getting home, found it did not. After numerous calls and attempted resolution they told me they would install one for me. However, they could only use non-*** parts. I offered to buy 1/2 if the *** parts so it could be installed correctly and mesh with the other sensors installed. They refused saying they could install theirs and then I could purchase the *** parts at my cost and have ***** Splice into their install to replace. Idiotic! Also, canceled the Service Maintenance Plan about a month ago with Portfolio. Portfolio contacted them to let them know since they didnt return my calls. No refund issued to ***** Fargo yet. VW will not return my numerous calls to find out status.Review from Courtney S

On 1/18/2023 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. At first all was fine, a nice door greeting, a professional test drive, but dont let this fool you. Once I sat down, I heard the sales team making inappropriate and insensitive jokes ranging from crude humor to horribly racist comments about the *************************** At this point I should have gone running due to the lack of professionalism indicating they dont care about image and mannerism in their dealership. Unfortunately, I was time committed on my only free day that I bought the car and left. BIG MISTAKE.Now its mid-February. As some may or may not know; in the ******************* when any auto sale occurs, the transfer of ownership must take place in 30 days (AKA state is***d registration, tags, and plates). When I called the dealer, I was met with a stone wall of we are backed up and we will do it ASAP sorry. After a few weeks of this I decided to visit the *** and was shockingly informed that the vehicle was never owned by Tracy ********** and is still under lien! This means that they legally cannot transfer me the ownership nor was it their car to sell! At this point I have a car on a loan that I dont own, needs repairs that cant be made because I dont own it, and its under lien at another bank that Ive never heard of. It's now late April I was blown off by the finance manager *********************************** who has seemed to given up on resolving this is***. I called the general line and was road blocked with a General Sales Manager whom gave the first name ***** and delivered the same empty promises of resolve. Throughout this whole process I have attempted to speak with the General Dealership Manager ******************************* and have been met with I cant give out his number, he is not available, and worst of all I will have him call you and he never does. At this point I have given up working with them, and will most likely have to *** this car dealership.Review from Don H

Misrepresentation of vehicle pricing on website. The actual price is $10,000 higher than indicated on Tracyvw.com and cars.com. When I called to inquire, I was told the lower price was for a lease... nowhere on either website is this mentioned. To me, this is fraud.Review from Gary J

This dealerships service department is either rip off artists or are inept. I have a 2016 Jetta Hybrid and had a light come on for the hybrid system. I scanned the vehicle a got the trouble code, which I told the service advisor about. I asked to made an appointment with their hybrid specialist and took the vehicle in. After charging me $189 to scan the vehicle, to come up with the same code (I was OK with this) I was informed I needed a new transmission. Their estimate was $7,200 to replace the transmission on a 6 year old vehicle. This was outrageous, and I asked them to just change the fluid in the transmission. They said sure, and I could get the vehicle back the next day. A few hours after I left, the service advisor called and said they couldnt change the fluid since it was a sealed transmission. By this point I was fuming!!!I went on line and found out that these automatic transmissions leak fluid from the portion that controls the shifting (which is what the original problem was). When the fluid leaks enough, there isnt enough pressure to have the transmission work properly. Found a ******* video about the issue, and just needed to add some fluid (synthetic mineral oil, same as power steering fluid). Figured for $39 worth of fluid, it was worth trying it. Well, after topping off the fluid, no more transmission issues. It has been 4 months and still working correctly. The service department noted that they checked the fluid level on my original invoice, even though there is no dipstick and according to them, it is a sealed transmission. So if I didnt do research, I would have either sold the car (at a major loss) or pony up $7,200 to replace the transmission (which is what my wife was willing to do).I reached out to the general manager to discuss this situation, and he was going to get with the service manager. After waiting 3 weeks for someone to get back to me, I left a review on Yelp and now BBB. Steer clear of these guys and VW!!!Review from Raymond P
