As of 12/20/22 my car is still broken. Also as of 02/16/2023 my car as been the shop no one will go out to the repair shop to look at my car. There was an inspection scheduled and still no response. *** contacted headstart their third party company they use and nothing as been resolved. Also, they we Mr ***** for a battery and oil change. I would told it was mailed out by ********* on 02/10/23 nothing still and when I reach out to the company theirs nothing being done. The general Manager reached out to give me info on a repair shop there as no updates.Business response

This is the 3rd claim we are in the process of handling for this customer. Previous two claims have been paid out in accordance with the policy purchased. In addition the customer received and cashed a check issued for her oil change back on 12/30/2022 which we provided proof to the customer of. A reimbursement request was just submitted yesterday for her battery which is due to be processed in 14 business days in line with our company policies. This customer is absolutely unruly. She calls in and curses, screams and yells at our staff. The customer has requested to be cancelled multiple times, which we initiate and then calls back to continue with the policy. Each time she does this any claims/request in process is canceleld and has to be re-initiated.

Im rejecting to the matter because for one I wasnt able to open the claim to respond. Next, the warranty company only paid onces for repairs on my car and that was at **** I took my car to German majestically in 02/06/2023Gardena. They filed a claim and was scheduled to come out Monday feb 27th at 8am. No one came out. I reached out to warranty department they knew nothing. But they scheduled with ******* for 02/27/23. At 4pm the car repair shop told me to pick up my car and they didnt want to deal with me unless I pay cash. Also, I sent over receipts for 2 oil changes one for May 22 another for sept 22 and a battery receipt for Oct 22. I was only paid for one oil change and nothing else. I was informed by ********* my refunds for oil change and battery refund was mailed out 2/10/2023. Nothing still. The resolution Im looking for is I want all my money back from the payment I paid in and I want my car repaired.Business response

The customer cancelled her policy before the claim's adjuster made it out to the repair shop. Subsequently per our company polices any pending reimbursements are not paid if the customer cancels their policy
Even if this customer wanted to reinstate their policy we would decline to do business with them

As for my oil change refund. I originally submitted it to AL 10/22 since then I was informed by Gm **** AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ********* THAT HE WAS FIRED AND TO RESUBMIT THE RECEIPTS. I did again 10/22, 11/22, 12,22 . On 02/10/2023 I called in a spoke with ********* and she stated they refund checks were mailed out. I called everyday until 02/28/23 and then was given an update from ********* that they were still processing the refund checks. As for my car repairs again it sat at German majestics from 2/16/23- 02/27/23. The warranty department scheduled to come out Monday 02/27/2023 but no Im new came. The owner of the shop told me the only way he would help me is if I pay cash to fix my car. He doesnt want to deal with the warranty company due to them not keeping their set appointment. Also I had to pay a storage fee for the car just sitting there since 02/16/2023. My warranty was valid until 03/08/2023 due to the warranty department not standing by the contract. Also **** stated on a recorded line he doesnt care he has friends that work at the BBB AND HE WILL WIN EVERYTIME.
