I ordered almost $400 in goods from the company as a gift. They shipped by a carrier who either stole or lost my package and forged my signature. In order to file a claim with the carrier to get my money back I need a letter from BB Simone waiving rights to file a claim. I have been reaching out via email and multiple social media platforms asking for help and get no response. I'm not requesting a refund from the company, just assistance in getting it from the carrier, but apparently their customer service is either non existent or just doesn't care about its customers who spend hundreds of dollars.Initial Complaint

I purchased a belt from this company for my son for Christmas. It is a high-end company and the belt was over $160. Within two days of my son wearing the belt it started falling apart. So within those two days I contacted the business via phone and via email with their customer service and didnt hear back. Since then, *** contacted them six times through email and left three different messages with no avail or response. Now the belt is completely useless and has fallen apart to the point of not being able to be worn. I have even contacted them through ********* Apparently mini mini people have had the same issue and have been unable to contact the company to get any response. Please help. I am a single mother and this is a high dollar item that my son has wanted for over two years and that took me forever to save up to purchase. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Ordered a belt for my son on 10/03/2022. Website never stated that the belts ran two sizes smaller than actual belts. I contacted BB Simon and returned the belt, they promised to send me the correct size belt. To date, they have never sent me the belt or refunded me my money. They don't return calls and/or emails. It is clear that they are in the business of defrauding consumers. They have not responded to my Bank's request for refund or comment of any kind. They are quick to request a $50 dollar restoking fee for the return of the belt however, they never address the fact that they never make it clear that the belts run 2 sizes smaller than actual belts, anywhere on their website. This is clearly fraud, nothing else.Initial Complaint

I purchased a belt and a retractable lighter holder from the website on feb 21 2022 the site specifically says shipping takes 3 to for weeks because of the production process it has now been exactly a month and 2 weeks and I havent received not even a update. The date of my transaction is January 17th. I never got a confirmation email, and have emailed the company two times. My order is now outside of the shipping time frame and I have not heard back from the company. This was a large purchase, and Now im worried about possibly being scammed, because of the no cancellation/ return policy. I would like my emails to be replied to, and for my order/ shipping to be confirmed.Initial Complaint

On Jan. 4, 2022 my son ********************* (14 years old) used his Christmas money to order a belt from BB Simon. On the website it stated it will take up to 3 weeks to go out, since then it has changes to 4-7 weeks. During that time period we moved. I contacted the store on 2/7/2022 to advised that of the change. ********* said to send and email with the updated address and it will ship on that Wednesday. The item never shipped I called back and spoke with a manger who on that Friday. The manager was made aware of the change of address she advised she could not change the address b/c my son does not have mail in his name. I advised I could send his school ID showing he's 14 years. They refused to update the address so not the item is being returned.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item from them on 11/26/2022 for $254.00 I cannot get in touch with anyone at the number on their alleged "official website" the number listed to call customer service is ************ it says the mailbox is full this is all I get. This was ordered for a Christmas gift. I received confirmation they received my order and that was it
