We decided to use this company for the first time to buy Bravecto flea medication for our 3 dogs since they offered a discounted price. This product is expensive! Reg price is about $75 per dog every 3 months ?? We have been using this brand for years and we know it works fast (that's why we don't mind spending a little bit more) We were surprised to see that after 22 days our dogs continued to have fleas. We contacted Entirely Pet Pharmacy to let them know that the product didn't work. We were told that they were gonna call the manufacturing company to ask for a possible reason and that they were gonna call me back with the findings. They never call me back! Today, I called Entirely Pet Pharmacy again, and I was told that they can't do anything about it. So I decided to call Bravecto Manufacturing Co. directly. I was told that Entirely Pet Pharmacy is not an authorized distributor and that there's a possibility that they sold us counterfeit medication. That's why it didn't work. I request a full refund! Our pets are VERY important to us. It breaks my heart to see them scratch themselves all day long, not to mention they can get skin irritation or a disease. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ******** customer service. I ordered 2 boxes of vaccines and they arrived poorly packaged and completely warm. I was home to receive a package. Seller refused to take it back or refund. They hang up the phone and never replied to emails. Now I have hazardous waste on my hands and no way to vaccinate my kittens.Review from Ida W

******** customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with **** delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my ***** didnt happen. Ive been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didnt hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.Review from Angelica M

I ordered three tubes of toothpaste for my dog, when I tried to apply the coupon. It told me it was outdated. I just received the email about the coupon. Tried numerous times to get in touch with somebody over the phone with absolutely no response. I will not be ordering from this company again.Review from Angel F

Terrible customer service! I placed an order which needed a prescription. Online it states that they will reach out to whomever to transfer a prescription which is what I needed. I emailed and described my situation. 4 days later my order still says pending and they had not reached out to the other company for the prescription transfer yet. So, I placed another order, wouldn't be mad if they sent both. 3 days later, both orders still say pending and no communication from them. I decided to call. The guy I spoke to said the reached out through fax to my other pharmacy to get the transfer. I called my original pharmacy and they had not reached out. Called entirely back and told them to call not fax. Both pharmacies spoke to each other and the guy told me my prescription has been transferred and will be shipped out soon. He also cancelled my original order so I only have one now. Called back 5 days later when I checked my tracking and still shows 2 orders on my account and they both are pending. I now spoke to a woman who apologized and told me my order has been shipped out and was made priority shipping. Thanked the lady and went on. 5 days after this, I received an email stating the my order has been delayed because the are out of the medication I need. I called back and spoke to the gentleman I originally spoke to and he said my order was never shipped out the last lied to me and the in fact are out of my prescription. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME WITH THIS GARBAGE COMPANY! I've been put through the ringer with them and my dog has now been without meds for a few days now because of entirelys awful customer service. I run a animal rescue so I purchased a $260 order from them because they had a sale . BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! There is NO WAY to talk with a supervisor, they screen calls and incoming phone numbers !! They also will have a different "customer service agent" answer every time you call so that you can never hold anyone accountable for there blatant lies !! I can tell this is normal operating procedure for these employees .. Its been 8 days and I've still yet to hear anything about my order that I paid $260 for !! There is no way to talk with a corporate office or anyway to get help with orders, complaints, etc.. I plan on tracking down the owners for reimbursement and accountability !!Review from Toni C

This company placed an order of $196 without my consent. Over a year ago, I had them ask my vet for permission to order the meds for my dog. They denied it, so I had to order through my vet. A year later, Entirely Pets decided to place that order without my consent and then told my credit card company its a valid charge! Stay away from this company, they are terrible!!! Im stuck laying the almost $200 PLUS INTEREST now because they claimed it was valid! Im behind pissed!!!! Do not buy from this company!!!Review from Suzanne D

I had a problem with the Bravecto Plus I ordered. One of the tubes appeared to be short filled and did not have all the medication in it. I called EntirelyPets and they referred me to Merck Animal Health. ***** said because Entirely Pets was not an authorized dealer and they could not offer me a replacement. They said if I had purchased this product from my vet or other authorized dealer they could have send me a replacement. Next time I will buy locallyReview from Valerie A

Entirely pets is a terrible company using deceptive advertising. After being sent the wrong items and calling several times, I was told I could send the merchandise back but would be charged a 25% restocking fee. It's outrageous! I'll be calling **** to charge back the order. Please don't order from this company!Review from Ampara V

Completely agree with all the one star reviews. Got sent items six months after they said my order was closed, got charged for them, returned them, still waiting on refund over a month later, keep being promised someone will call me back, and it never happens. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
